Summary	شاب عمره ٣٢ سنة ملتحي خريج صيدلة وجاء مرتين من قبل في ٢٠١٤ ، ٢٠١٦ ولَم اجد ملفه، وقد جاء من قبل يشتكي من تأزمه بسبب انجابه لطفلة داون ، وجاء هذه المرة يشتكي من تعثر العلاقة مع زوجته بسبب علاقته ببنت كان بيحبها قبل الزواج ولَم يستطع الزواج منها واستمر يراها بعد الزواج وكذلك معرفة زوجته لذلك ومع تكرار الامر اصبحت الحياة صعبة بينهما،( وهذه البنت كان بيحبها وامها. رفضته لانه سبق وخرج معها،) وتزوج من زوجته الحالية ولكنه استمر في الخروج مع حبيبته السابقة ورغم انه توقف عن التواصل معها منذ اكثر من سنتين والحياة مع الزوجة اتظبطت كثيرا الا انه فوجئت بها اثر خلاف بسيط تفتح المواضيع القديمة ووصل الامر الى الطلاق وهي تركته في السعودية وجاءت لتعيش مع اَهلها ومنعته من روية بنته وهو امتنع عن دفع فلوس لها ، وهي رفعت عليه قضية نفقة، ثم حدث تقارب بينهما ولكنها تراجعت في اخر لحظة، وحاليا هو ماشي على البروزاك،

Follow Up	٣٠/١٢ جاء مع الزوجة وهي رفضت تماما اَي محاولة للرجوع او حتى للتأجيل ٢٠/١/٢٠١٩ انطلقوا رغم كل محاولاته لاستعادتها ومفيش فايدة وأثناء وبعد الطلاق متقلبة بين القرب والبعد والغضب والحنية والتهديد بالبنت ومنعها من الذهاب لاهله والخوف الشديد منه على البنت، ولكن الأمور ماشية، مع كل القلق ومن ناحية تانية هو محبط جدا وخلص فلوسه على الطلاق وفاقد الدافعية لفعل اَي شيء من قبيل السفر، مرة اخرى وهو متعلق بيها جدا والبنت الاولى مبتجيش على باله نهائي وهي بعيده وجافة معاه تماما ، ،اتفقت معاه يحاول يبعد بقدر الإمكان ويتوقف عن الكلام في التفاصيل معها وخصوصا جلساته معي ليعطيها المساحة لاستكشاف رؤيتها بخصوص العلاقة ومن ناحية اخرى يهتم بنفسه ويزود البروزاك لحبتين ١٧/٣ افوق وأفضل شوية، ولكن الوضع كما هو عليه وهي مازلت واخده موقف واحيانا بتكون جلياطة معاه ورأيي انه يبعد افضل عشان تحس باحتياجها ليه، وياخد موقف منها وهيعيش في القاهرة ويدور على شغل
