طبيب باطني وام ست بيت واخت اكبر واخين اصغر وجاء مع الاب والام والاخ الاصغر وقد بدات الحالة منذ ٢٠٠٦ او ١٣ سنة بنوبة ذهان وقد بدا العلاج من وقتها بمضادات ذهان مع أطباء مختلفين ومؤخرا بمضادات اكتياب ويبدو انه يعاني من فصام متبقي ولَم يعالج الا بالأدوية النفسية مع تدهور مستمر ويحتاج الى تقييم نفسي لتحديد طبيعة الخطة العلاجية والتدخل Diagnosis/Notes Social الاب : طبيب باطني وشكله مروووش، احمد طول عمره متفوق ودخل هندسة ومتفوق جدا، وفِي سن ٢٢ سنة ابتدى يتغير ومدخلش الامتحان ويصلي في اتجاه غلط وبدا يتعالج بالابليفاي والاكتينون واتخرج واي شغل بيرفضه وبيشتغل في الحكومة وبنديله مصروف ( وبيتكلم بدون حتي 2007 ثم د.اماني هارون ، وتعثر في الدراسه وكان منعزل ومنتظم علي مضادات ذهان وزاد وزنه بشكل كبير 145 كجم ، وقام الاهل بمساعدته للعمل في الهيئه العامة للثروه السمكية ، وفي 2016 قام بعملية تحويل مسار ، وموخرا لجا لدكتور حسين زهدي والذى وصف لوسترال وسيروكسات وفافرين ، وحاليا غير منتظم علي عمله بسبب ضلالات الاضطهاد ( هما بيحاول يلعبوا علي عقيدتي ويستفزوني فى الشغل وضحك واستهزاء ومعامله مش لكيفه عشان انا واحد قليل ، الناس مش عايزه تتواصل معايا عشان موضوع البنو اللي كانوا بيقنعوني بيها ) لديه سمات وسواسيه في النظافه والمظهر والنظام ويبدو اكبر من عمره ، واخبر الاهل بتحدثه مع نفسه وكثرة ممارسته للعاده السريه والشكوك احيانا وتم اعادة ابليفاي 1ج مجم الي جانب فافرين 50 مجم ٢٧-١-٢٠١٩ علاء افضل نسبيا وتم الاتفاق علي المشى يوميا لمدة ساعة والانتظام بالعمل والذهاب لمعرض الكتاب وعدم التحدث فى موضوع البنت لرفض اهله له 11/3/2019 علاء الاب مزعج جدا لاقصي الحدود وكثير الانتقاد لللمريض رغم التنبيه عليه بتقليل ذلك وعند اول محاوله له لروية اي جانب ايجابى للمريض في وجوده ذكر انه لايري فيه اي جانب ايجابي ويركز علي عدم انتظام المريض علي الصلاه ويكرر الكلام ونقده للمريض بشكل مرضى ويحضر مع المريض للجلسه موكدا انه لايثق في قدرة المريض علي الحضور بمفرده رغم التاكيد بتركه يحضر بمفرده لاهمية ذلك فى احساسه بالمسئوليه ، الاب بيفاصل في ثمن الجلسه واحيانا يدفع 100 واحيانا 150 1-4-2019 علاء السلوكيات القهريه زياده في الاستحمام واللبس وتوخره عن العمل وتم زياده قرص فلوزاك صباحا ، ويصبح دواه قرصين فلوزاك ، قرص
