وثقافة جاء مع الاب والعم وكلهم بيتكلموا في نفس الوقت وبلا توقف وعدوانيين جدا وله أخين اكبر في كلية طب، وهما يتشكون من رفضه للمذاكرة ووجود وسواس قهري، وعولج ثم وقف الدوا وهو يشتكي انهم يضربونه جميعا لدرجة فتح راْسه واخد ١٨ غرزه ويربطونه بالحبال وتركوه في شقه لوحده وحتى ربطوه ودخلوه مستشفى الرخاوى بدون سبب واضح ، وهو منذ ٤ سنوات تعرض لنوبة وسواس قهري متعلق بافكار دينية وعولج بدبريبان وتحسن، ومنذ سنتين الاب دخل السجن لانه اخوان والعائلة كلها اخوان، وطول الوقت بيتعاملوا معاه بالضرب سواء من الاب او الأخ، ومن الفحص المريض يعاني من الخوف الشديد مع افكار وسواسية خفيفة وتعطل دراسي وكلاشات مستمرة مع ألاب والاخوة، وسوف يأخذ ديبريبان وابيكسيدون ١ مل وجنكو ٨٠ ويتابع الدراسة والمذاكرة مع علاء Diagnosis/Notes Social الاب والعم من صان الحجر: هو طالب متميز ولكن في اولى ثانوي جاله وسواس قهري واخدنا دبريبان سنتين وبدانا نخففه، ولكن انا اعتقلت تسع شهور وهو وضعه بقى صعب جدا، ودخل الرخاوي ٢١ يوم وخرج كويس، Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ٢/٤/٢٠١٩ جاءا قبل موعدهم بثلاث ساعات وأصروا يدخلوا واتضح انهم رفضوا يروحو لعلاء، لانهم يبدو غير مقتنعين، (الاب مزعج وجايب) بالعلاج النفسي، واختفاء الوساوس المرتبطة بالمذاكرة واكثر تركيزا وسوف يدخل ثلاث مواد فقط ، واهدأ كثيرا وحتى رؤيته لموضوع العنف العائلي اهدا كثيرا اصبح اكثر تقبلا وتسامحا، وحاليا على ابيكسيدون ١ مل، ودبريبان وجنكو 10 -4--2109 علاء له تاريخ من الوساوس حول سب الذات الالهية ومتحسن ، مذاكرته جيده، وتم الاتفاق علي عدم الاستجابة للوساوس وممارسة كرة قدم مره علي الاقل اسبوعيا وعلاقاته جيده ، حضر بمفرده ٢٤-٤-٢٠١٩ علاء شرب حشيش ومنمش يومين وري بعض ولدية اعراض ذهانيه وشكوك اتجاه المحيطين ورغبته في الانتقام منهم بالقتل وله تاريخ من العنف اللفظي والبدني وتكسير المنزل ، وتم تعديل الادويه الي اولابكس 10 مجم ، ديبريان 20 مجم ٢٠/٨/٢٠١٩ تعب من الاولابكس جدا، ومع ذلك هو متحسن بالذات في التفاهم، ومؤخرا بتجيله نوبات زهق قوية، وتقلب مزاجي،. اتضح انه بلغ علاء بشرب حشيش لانه كان متغاظ منه بسبب الاولابكس، وشايف ان علاء سطحي بيقول نفس الكلام اللي ابوه بيقوله وهو يشتكي من تذكر المواقف القديمة، والمواقف الحالية وشعور بالدونية بسبب عدم ده خوله الامتحان، والخوف ونوبات القلق، ، وواضح ان المشكلة في سقوطه وسوف يستمر على الابيكسيدون والديبريبان ونزود تجريتول ١٠/٣/٢٠٢٠ ٢١/٢/٢٠٢١ دخل في اكتياب منذ اكتوبر ٢٠١٩ الى مايو ٢٠٢٠ وبعد ان تم تأجيل الامتحان بسبب كورونا قرر المذاكرة والدخول ونجح في الثانوية ٩٦٪ ورغم ذلك حصل كلاش رهيب مع الاب وتم تربيطه وضربه لدرجة خلع كتفه، ثم دخل كلية صيدلة الجامعة البريطانية وبعد التسجيل اخذ قرار يريح السنة واجل دراسة، وذلك بسبب ان الاب رفض يشتري له لابتوب يذاكر منه وحاليا مقيم في البيت كما يقول في بيات شكوى مع تحشيش اسبوعين واتضح طبعا انه ساب الكلية عندا في الاب، ، ومع ذلك عايز ابوه
