ان الأخ الاصغر الذي يعمل مدرس كومبيوتر يعاني من ضلالات الاضطهاد واحيانا يعتدي على الزوجة وانه اصلا الصغر لثلاث بنات وكان مدلل لانه الولد الوحيد في العائلتين وكان اعتمادي جدا على والده وبعد وفاة الوالد منذ ٣ سنوات وهو يعاني من ضلالات الاضطهاد وانعزل وترك عمله وبيعتدي على زوجته ويشك في قيام أشخاص باغتصاب زوجته وأمه وأخواته وليس له أصدقاء وذهبوا لدكتور عادل يوسف واخذ لبونكس وزيبركسا وكلوبيكسول كل شهر وتحسن قليلا ولكن مازال رافض واتفقنا انه يأتي مع الزوجة لعلاج الابنة التي نعاني من اضطراب الانتباه وسوف أقابلهم وأعطيهم المقاييس باعتبارهم والدين لكي نكتشف الاضطراب وسوف يأخذ ريسبيريدال ،٣ مل وحقنة كتير لبابا بليل والنهار ومن كم شهر حكى ان فيه ناس جم البيت واعتدو علي مراته وماما واختفى جنسيا وساب شغله وبيخون كل الناس ورحنا لدكتور عادل يوسف وشخصه اضطراب ضلالي واضطراب فصامي، وكتب لبونكس وزيبركسا الكلوبيكسول٢٠٠ مل والريسبيريدال ٣ مل،وقد بدا منذ عدة شهور يعود للشغل ويستعيد علاقته بالأشخاص الذين كان مقاطعهم ومزاجه اتحسن وتقبله للأشياء افضل ورجع للشغل منذ شهر وعصبية اقل وكذلك بتشك في الزوجة انها عايزة تثبت ان الزوج سكيزوفرنيك بورق؟؟؟ ٢٢/٦/٢٠١٩ جاء بنفسه لتبديل السجاير، ويشتكي من العصبية التي بدات منذ سنين وبسببها ترك الشغل كمدرس مباشر الى الشغل في المعمل ويشتكي من الفراغ ولَم يحك أبدا عن الذهان او اَي اعراض ذهانية ولكنه تكلم قليلا عن الوالد ووفاته وشعوره بالوحدة والانقباض بعد ذلك، ويبدو انه استريح للكلام معي وسوف يحتاج الى صحوبية وتشجيع على الاجتماعيات ونقلل مضادات الذهان شوية، وياخذ شامبيكس ١٤/٩/٢٠١٩ منتظم على الدوا بدون ما يعرف ولَم ياخذ الشامبيكس وطول الوقت زهقان، وبينام كتير وحاليا على زيبركسا، ومازال متحسن باستثناء موضوع الاجتماعيات انه بيكلم مع الناس في حاجات شخصية، (الاخت والزوجة لكاكين جدا جدا جدا وأسئلة كتيرة جدا ونعمل ايه وزن) لا يتوقف) هو: لأول مرة نفتح كلام وحكى عن عدم رضائه بالشغل لانه شبه مركون فيه في مخزن وسايط، وغير راض عن علاقته بالبنتين وكذلك وجود وقت طويل بلا عمل، وشكله عموما افضل ولكن على مستوى اقل وقد اعتطيته وأعطيتها الاختبارات وتجيبها المرة القادمة لمراجعتها، ٢/٤/٢٠٢٤ الاخت وحدها، ومتحسن جدا جدا وتوقف عن الضلالات منذ عدة سنوات ولكن فيه اعراض جانبية
