Summary	سيدة عمرها ٣٤ سنة شيك وجميلة ومتوترة تعمل مهندسة ديكور في دبي ومتزوجة وتعيش مع الزوج والبنت الوحيدة عمرها ٩ سنوات وهي الثانية لاربع بنات وولد وهي لاب مهندس ميكانيكي عاطفي ولكن متقلب أيضا مثلها واحيانا بيعور نفسه، وام كانت تعمل مضيفة في مصر للطيران وقد عاشت مع الاسرة في السعودية حتى الثانوية ولَم تذكر اَي اعتداءات عنيفة جسدية او جنسية اثناء الطفولة باستثناء تدين الام وتحولها للنقاب وأصبحت اكثر قسوة لدرجة حجبتها وهي في عمر عشر سنين، وتذكر المريضة انها تعاني طول عمرها من تقلبات مزاجية وحاولت تنتحر بالأقراص في عمر ١٤ سنة وآخر مرة منذ ست شهور بقطع أيدها، وقد بدات العلاج منذ سنة تقريبا بعد خناقة كبيرة وتحطيم للمنزل وحضور البوليس وحجزها ضد ارادتها بمستشفى حكومي في دبي وتكرر ذلك منذ ست شهور وتم تشخيصها إضراب وجداني سريع وقد بدات الحالة منذ ٨ سنوات بعد وفاة الابن في عمر شهر بتقلبات مزاجية شديدة وسريعة مع تحطيم للمنزل. تتراوح بين نوبات من الهوس يعقبها اكتياب تمتد كل نوبة اسبوعين وبالفحص تعاني بالاضافة الى الاضطراب الوجداني الثنائي اعراض اضطراب الشخصية الحدية والشخصية الشبفصامية وقد شرحت لها احتمالات التدخل الدوائي وسنبدأ بالتجريتول او اللاميكتال او الليثيوم مع اريبيبريكس

Social	انا عايشة في الإمارات وبيجيلي ابس وداونس كتير وبكسر ومن سنة حصل ده وجوزي حجزني في مستشفى خليفة واخدو بنتي مني عشان انا مريضة، ومن ست شهور اتخانقت مع ماما وعورت نفسي وحسيت اني لازم أتعالج ورجعت رحت لدكاترة هناك، وعملت مشكلة مع الدكتورة ودخلت المستشفى غصب عني وجوزي طلعني على مسؤوليته، وكمان لما بتضايق بنام واعور نفسي وانا نايمة وشخصاني. إضراب وجداني سريع وممكن يعدي عليا ايّام من غير نوم واحيانا بشرب كتير عشان انام، وسريعة التحول مابين اكتياب وهيصة وزمان مكنتش كده، بنتي شافتني كتير وانا بخبط راسي في الحيط واتاثرت بالبوليس ورغم اني شاطرة في شغلي جدا لكن بدا يتاثر كتير، وحولت انتحر خمس مرات الاول بالدوا ومؤخرا عورت نفسي
