Summary	سيدة ممتلئة وعراقية كاثوليكية وكانت تعيش في الكويت وتعرفت على زوجها المصري الأرثوذكسي وتزوجا وعاشالمدة سنة ونص وعادا لمصر بعد الغزو ومنذ عشر سنوات شعرت بتعب شديد يتلخص في قلة النوم وخوف وذهبت لطبيب ووصف لها ريميرون وتريبتيزول وديباكين ومستمرة حتى الان لانه يرفض انها توقف الدوا، من الاعراض واضح انها جميعا اعراض قلق، ومنذ عدة شهور بطلت الريميرون وقللت جدعة الدوا وماشية كويس ولكن تعرض الزوج لازمة صحية قوية وعادت الاعراض واضح انها اضطراب القلق واحتمال تكون اكتياب دوري وسوف تاخذ بروزاك وتريبتيزول

Follow Up	٢٤/٢ /٢٠١٩ اتحسنت ولكن ليس بشكل كاف، والعصبية اقل والاكل اقل، والشعور بالموت توقف من اسبوع وفيه ارق شديد والمشكلة الوحيدة الان هي الضغوط المالية الشديدة وخصوصا بعد انقطاع الدعم القادم من اخت الزوج المزعجة والتي كانت تنقل كلام كثير بينهم وتتهمها وتتقول عليها، وسوف تاخذ تريبتيزول مع البروزاك ٢٦/١٠/٢٠١٩ ، بشكل عام ممتازة،وخفت تماما وبتخرج وتتمشى وفلة وممتنة جدا، وماشية على بروزاك واحدة يوميا وتريبتيزول اتنين والتريبتيزول فرق جدا جدا في العصبية والغضب وتستمر على الدوا ٢٦/٨/٢٠٢٠ مازالت على الدوا وكانت كويسة وانتكست منذ شهر بدات تعاني من العصبية الشديدة والارق وترافق ذلك مع مشاكل مع زوجها وكذلك عدم الانبساط وفقدان الشهية وقلة النفس وتمني الموت مع ملاحظة انها عادة بتكره الصيف وتذهب لميرفت لتدريبها على التدخلات المع فية الخاصة بالاكتئاب ٨/١٢/٢٠٢٠ تعبت جدا جدا وافكار موت وحاولت تتواصل معايا عن طريق الرسايل ولَم يتواصلوا معها، وهي حاليا على ٤٠ مل بروزاك و١٠٠ تريبتيزول وهي افضل ولكن مشاكل الزوج مع بناته صعبة جدا مما يضغط عليها، لدرجة ان البنت الاصغر رافضة تتجوز وعايزه تهاجر وقالتله نصا انا مش عايزة اتجوز وعايزه أهاجر من تحت رأسك ٢٣/١/٢٠٢٢ زي الفل واتغيرت كتير ومبسوطة بنفسها ومستريحة مع نفسها جدا ومع محيطها وماشية بروزاك ٢٠، وتريبتيزول ١٠٠ وسوف نعمل البروزاك يوم بعد يوم لمدة ست شهور والتريبتيزول ١٠٠ مع ملاحظة انها خايفة توقف الدوا ٢٧/١٢/٢٠٢٢ الابنة حاولت تنتحر بسبب خلافات مع الزوج وقامت بتقطيع اوتار ايديها بشكل عنيف جدا جدا، ومن وقتها وفادية تعاني من نوبات هلع شديدة او اقرب الى توتر العصب الحائر، وسوف نظيف اندرال مع زيادة البروزاك الى اتنين مع تريبتيزول ١٠٠، ٨/٧/٢٠٢٤ تنتابها نوبات قلق شديد اقرب للفوبيا بالذات في العربية وذهبت الى طبيب قلب وكبر الموضوع وعمل ايكو في العيادة وقال في ضيق في القلب وكتب لها ادوية كيرة للسيولة، وسوف تذهب الى دكتور قلب اخر واشوف
