Summary	فتاة ممتلئة عمرها ١٨ سنة لاب عمره ٦٠ سنة ويعمل محاسب معاش ويعمل سايق تاكسي وام ربة منزل وتعيش معهما مع الاخت الاكبر المتزوجة، وقد جاءت تشتكي من لخبطة حياتها وأفكارها الانتحارية وقد بدات الحالة منذ ثلاث سنوات بنوبات اكتيابية وافكار. محاولات انتحارية وتعثر دراسي وقد ذهبت لمركز شمس وحضرت جروب البوردرلاين وكملت مع د بكر لمدة ٣ سنين وتركته لانها لم تشعر بتحسن، وذهبت لطبيب اخر ولكن لم تسترح وجاءت اليوم تقول انها تعبانة ومتألمة وبتقول انها قررت تنتحر وأعطيتها ديورازاك وفلوزاك وابيليبكس وسوف ابلغ اَهلها

Follow Up	١٠/٢/٢٠١٩ اهدا وأقرب ولكنها مازالت متعبة ومزعجة ومحتاجة صبر ودأب وتعليم واحدة واحدة تاريخ الزيارة : 11/2/2019 د/محمد بكر أتصلت بي كثيرا وحضرت مع الاب والام . اشتكت من اضطراب النوم وأعراض يبدو أنها Akathesia . وزودنا أكتينون وكويتابكس للنوم حتي المتابعة مع ولاء فردي هي تابعت معي 3 سنوات وكانت الأعراض في البداية (أفكار أنتحارية . قلة نركيز . صعوبة المذاكرة . فلسفة خاصة . بكاء مستمر ) شخصتها اضطراب وجداني مختلط علي مدار الثلاث سنوات . لديها صعوبة في الاحساس بالذنب والتقصير والمقارنة بينها وبين أخواتها البنات الدكاترة ولديها صعوبات أجتماعية وأحاسيس بالرفض . كان ملاحظ عليها جذب الانتباه المستمر للأم والأب برفض الدراسة والتهديد بالأنتحار في بعض الاحيان . السنة اللي فاتت كانت رافضة دخول الامتحانات وأنا رفضت موقفها فبطلت تيجي . حاليا هي مذاكرتها ضعيفة لكن والدها أظهر أهتمام أكثر لها . الام تسعي للطلاق وطلبت منها تاجيل هذا القرار طبعا هي اضطراب شخصية مع الاضطراب الوجداني
