فرح ابنه، وقلقان جدا والنوم وحش جدا وبيوصف وصف اقرب لتبديد الواقع، وسوف ياخذ ابيكسيدون ٢ مل مرة اخرى ٢/١١/٢٠١٩ دخل في حالة وسواس قهري، ولا يوجد اعراض ذهان، ونوم متقطع وسوف نضيف فافارين ١/١٢/٢٠١٩ مازال تعبان وفيه تحسن فقط في تكرار الكلام، وبيعيد الكلام، وفيه وسواس بتكرار الجملة، وفيه اكاثيزيا شديدة وجريان لعاب وتوتر شديد وسوف نخفف الابيكسيدون الى مل ونصف على مدار اليوم وكويتابكس خمسين وتغيير الفافرين الى بروزاك كما نحن ٢٩/١٢ شكله اكسترابيراميدال والوسواس اتحسنت قليلا ومحتاج تدخل معرفي، وسوف نخفض الابيكسيدون الى نص مل صباحا مسار ٦ جلسات ٦/٢/٢٠٢٠ محمود سعد تم التعامل مع الوسواس بالترتيب من الخطة العلاجية ترسيخ التحسن وكذلك عمل وقاية لمنع أو تبطيئ عودة الضلالات المرضية سوف يتم عمل جلسه كل اسبوعين بعد مقابله الدكتور نبيل ٢٣/٢/٢٠٢٠ شكرًا دكتور محمود على الاهتمام والشغل العظيم مع والاستمرار على البروزاك ونص ابيكسيدون صباحا ومساء ووقف الكويتابكس تماما وسوف يكمل لعمل تثبيت تحسن ومنع انتكاسة ، وسؤال لدكتور محمود هل نخفض البروزاك او نستمر كما نحن لأني خايف انه يقلب ناحية الهوس ولو
