Summary	سيدة عادية وجهها متعب وحزين الاكبر لاب سواق وعصبي وام ست بيت جافة وغير محبة واخ سواق واخت طالبة حقوق وهي خريجة الجامعة العمالية وتزوجت ممرض وانجبت ولد وبنت عمرهما خمسة وأربعة سنين ، وجاءت تشتكي من الاكتئاب الذي اصيبت به بعد ولادة طفلها الاول وتعثر العلاقة مع الزوج (الطيب والمتعاون) وبالفحص هي نشأت لاب بعيد بسبب شغله وعصبي جدا وام جافة وغير محبة او حتى كارهة ويبدو ان الام اصلا مكتئبة وعلاقتها بالاب مضطربة طول الوقت وقد تزوجت رجل طيب ومتعاون وحصل ممارسات جنسية بينهما قبل الزواج مما جعلها تشعر بذنب شديد حتى انها اصبحت تنفر من العلاقة ولا ترغب فيها وبالفحص هي شخصية بارانويد وسكيزويد وتجنبية ووسواسية وتعاني من الاكتئاب مثل الصداع والأعياء وفقدان الرغبة الجنسية ووالخمول وعدم الشعور بالامان والبكاء والانقباض والقلق العام وفقدان الدافعية والحساسية وسرعة الاستثارة والشعور بالنقص والأرق والاعتداء على الأطفال وسوف تاخذ فافرين مع ابيكسيدون وتعمل علاج معرفي متعمق طولي وعرضي مع ولاء

Social	الزوج: دايما عصبية والموود متغير ومعظم الوقت صداع نصفي وانا تمريض رعاية واغلب الوقت برة البيت والمجال الزوجي بينا مس متقبلاها وقليل لما يكون لها اصحاب فمش. بتخرج هي: انا اتجوزته وانا جايه على نفسي عشان اهلي كانوا خايفين اعنس وكمان كانت ظروفه وحشه وكمان كان في الجيش فقلت أساعده وحصل بينا كاملة قبل الجواز وبعد الجواز ندمت جدا ع اللي حصل قبل الجواز رغم انه إنسان طيب جدا وجبت ابني الاول حقن مجهري واكتئبت بعدها والموضوع باظ خالص ومش بقرب منه غير لما احلم ان فيه حد هياخده مني ويمكن كل سنة مرة وانا اصلا بتعالج نفسيا من زمان لان ماما مكنتش بتحبني وكانت بتحب بنت خالتي اكتر مني وكمان لسه مسقطة من اسبوعين مات في بطني وقبليها سقط من ٨ شهور مات بردو وعملت المرارة

Follow Up	الجلسة الثانية: حضرت تشير إلى انها تعانى من زيادة فى الوزن بشكل كبير وان حالاتها الماديه فيها مشكلة ممجعلها لا توقف الدواء ، هى احسن فى المزاج لكن تشير انها فى علاقتها بالزوج فيها مشكلة وانها مش قدرة تقبله خالص وساعات كتير بتسيطر عليها فكرة الطلاق (هو مهتم باصحابة اكترمن الولاد بيقرق فى المعاملة بين البنت وزياد اي حاجة يضربة ، انا خايفة على الولاد (حد يخطفهم /او يعملهم حاجة )،، انا بعاقب نفسى على كل حاجة من وانا صغيرة ، وبلوم نفسى كتير (تشير انها لو بداتتنقي شئ من عند فكهانى لازم تشتريها عشان مينفعش تقف وتمشي
