هو بيتعالج من سنتين وكان بيحس ان فيه ماس بيلاحقوه ويكلم نفسه وانعزل وبعدها بقي يقول عايز ابقي رئيس وكان ورحنا لدكتور في الاردن وكتب له دواء اولابكس 10 مجم ، وقتها كنا فى الاردن واستمر على الدواء وانحسن بس مكنش بيدرس ولا يشتغل ولما وقف الدواء بقي يضحك مع نفسه ويكلم نفسه ورجعناله الددواء على اساس انه دواء اسنانووجه مصر وكان ياخد الدواء ، وفجاه الاعراض زادات عليه لما وقف الدواء ، بقي منعزل ومفيش نوم وقعد 3 ايام من غير نوم ويتكلم مع نفسه ويبص للسقف كانه شايف حاجه والحاله زادات ورحنا لدكتور في الدقي وكتبله سيرطويل 25 مجم واسيناليبين 10مجم ومتحسنش ورجعنا للاولابكس وقعد يخبط دماغه في الحيط ويسوى حركات بايده فى الهواء ويبوس علي رجل اخته ويبكي ، الحاله بدات لما وقف الدواء ، بعدها باسبوعين شكوى المريض :انا متراقب من العالم الثالث الجن والشياطين وبيقولولي العن نفسك وبيقراو افكاري وبسنعهم كاني حاطط سماعه فى وداني ، الاصوات والمراقبات دى من اسبوع من واحد متخذ ذات ربنا ، يشتم ويشتهى يدمر حياتي ويسبوني كانهم يدخلو العرض والارض Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up 7-1-2019 علاء اتحسن على الادويه وان كان لازال هناظ هلاوس سمعيه كونه المسيخ الدجال ، والمريض غير متعاون ويقوم بترك الجلسه رغم الضغط عليه ، وتم التوصيه باشراكه بكورس لتعليم اللغه والمشى وعدم التحدث بالاعراض 14-1-2019 علاء تذكر الاخت :ينام بجوار الاب ويلح علي السفر لليمن وقام بمسح راسه بتراب من الارض ويبكي وميرفض زواج الاخت هو افضل قليلا وشارك فى كورس للغه ويبدو وجود احساس شديد بالذنب وان كان غير متعاون فى التحدث عنه ، وتم استشارة د.بكر وقام بزيادة قرصين هالونيز 5 مجم مع قرصين اولابكس مع قرص اكتينون وحقنة كلوبكسول واخذها ويخبر الاهل بضعف التحسن ١٠/٢ نبيل الاب يشتكي انه مازال بيهلوس رغم اني شايفه احسن قليلا وزودت جرعة الفلونيكسول واحتمال يحتاج كهربا ٢٣/٢/٢٠١٩ افضل قليلا ولكن مازال بيتكلم مع نفسه، ٢٣/٣/٢٠١٩ احسن كتير وحصر فرح الاخت بدون مشاكل وحتى ان الاب سافر وتركه مع العم ولَم تحدث اَي مشاكل، وتم ازالة الاريبيبريكس ١٣/٤/٢٠١٩ الحركة اقل وتوقف عن اللف في الشوارع، ولكن يبدو مكتئب والاكل اقل وحاليا على اولابكس ٢٠ وبروزاك وفلونيكسول كل اسبوعين ونفكر في الجروب ١٢/٧/٢٠٢٠ اتحسن كتير ووضعه اكتر استقرارا ولكن الهلاوس مازالت موجودة وعي التي تمنعه من الاكل بنفسه، وحاليا على لبونكس ٥٠، وسرترالين ٥٠، اولابكس ٢٠ وفلونيكسول كل ٣ اسابيع ١٥/١١/٢٠٢٠ نبيل افضل كثيرا جدا ولا يعطي اهتمام الهلاوس لانها خفيفة جدا ووقت اللبونكس تدريجيا ومازال على لوسترال واولابكس وفلونيكسول كل ثلاث اسابيع ٥/٩/٢٠٢٢ حاليا على لوسترال ٥٠ واولابكس ٢٠مل بدون حقن، ومتحسن جدا والهلاوس اختفت تقريبا، وعرضت عليه يقلل الاولابكس
