في شركة بترول، وقد جاءت لمساعدة اختها هدير التي تعاني من الاكتئاب الدوري، وهي الكبرى لأخت واخ واب مريض بجلطة في المخ وام وقد تزوجت زواجا تقليديا وتعيش مع الزوج والابنين والبنت، وقد جاءت تشتكي من إهمال زوجها لها وللأسرة بسبب انشغاله في تنمية عمله في مجال الصالات الرياضية وهي المشغولة جدا بوظيفتها وابنائها وأختها المريضة وأبوها المريض دون دعم كاف من الزوج ومؤخرا بدات تتغير طبيعتها من بنت ملتزمة وهادية ومسؤولة الى شخصية مهملة لبيتها وعائلتها وابنائها الى سلوك غير مناسب لثقافتها حتى انها بدات تجذب انتباه الرجال وتتكلم مع الرحال على النت وحتى خرجت مع البعض دون علاقة جنسية ويبدو ان وفاة الاخت بالسرطان قد اثر عليها مع إهمال الزوج، وبالفحص تعاني من اعراض اكتياب من خمول وفقدان دافعية وشعور بعدم الأمان وفقدان الثقة والأنانية وأوجاع جسدية بالاضافة الى اضطراب الغدة جار الدرقية والذي أضاف اوجاع جسدية وقد لاحظت الاخت والاهل تلك التغيرات ولكن الزوج غير مهتم، وكل ذلك مرتبط بوفاة الاخت الماساوي ومرض الاب وهي الاكبر والتي تقوم بالمهام المالية والمسؤوليات الطبية، وسوف تاخذ سيمبالتا ٣٠ ،وتذهب لولاء Follow Up الجلسة الاولى 26/5/2019 اشارت انها مترددة فى الحضور وانها عندها عقدة من الدكاترا اللى فاتوا وانى تشير الىى ان الطبيبة التى كانت تتابع معها بوظت العلاقة بينها وبين اختها ، هى بتشعر بالذنب اتجاه ما تقوم به من علاقات متعددة فى ان واحد عبر التواصل الاجتماعى والتى ترجعه لانشغال الزوج عنها فى شغلة الخاص وتدخل الاهل بزيادة فى حياتها ،بالإضافة الى شعورها بالذنب اتجاة اختها وبعدها عنها قبل الوفاه نتيجة سيطرة افكار عن الموت لديها وسيطرة مشاعر الخوف عليها . تحدث عن تدخل وارتباط الاخت هدير فى حياتها بشكل قوى وهو ما يوثر بالسلب على حياتها وحيث ترى ان الاهل يفضلون هدير عنها ، اشارت الى تعليق هدير على تغيرها وارجاعة لقلة الادب بدا يثير ضيقها تحدثت عن استغلال الزوج ليها وعن مساندتهها ليه فى كل مرة، تحدثت عن عدم وقوف زملائها التى تثق فيهم فى الشغل معها فى القرض ووقوف اصحاب اخرين معها تحدثت
