بنطلون وجاكت جينز وبوني شعر وتتكلم بطلاقة ووعي عالي بالذات تزوجت في عمر ٢٢ سنة من حبيب الطفولة وانجبت ولدين ٦،٢ سنة وهي الاكبر لاخين واب متوفي من اربع سنين ومنذ اربع سنين بعد ان توفى الوالد بالسرطان اصبحت مشغولة جدا بالخرف من السرطان والموت وتشتكي كذلك من خوفها من التغيير حتى لو كان في اتجاه التحسن، وكذلك توجد مشاكل مع اخت الزوج والتي هي اصلا صديقة قديمة وتشتاركا في العمل لكن اختلفا وانفصلا من وقتها وهي تعمل مشاكل معها ولكنها مشاكل خفيفة واصلا كانت تعاني من الوسواس القهري في سن ١٦ سنة وعولجت بالبروزاك ولَم تتحسن الا مع الزواج،وهي تبدو سيدة قوية وواعية ولكنها مهملة للأنشطة الترفيهية وبالفحص هي تعاني فقط من اضطراب القلق المتوسط والذي يحتاج فقط الى تدخل معرفي سلوكي للتعامل مع القلق سلوكيا ومعرفيا وممكن تجرب المديتيشن،، Diagnosis/Notes Social في سن ١٦ سنة جالي وسواس قهري ورغم اني اتعالجت بالبروزاك بس مخفتش واتجوزت في عمر ٢٢ سنة وفِي الجواز قعدت ٤ شهور خايفة من الجنس ورحت لدكتورة واتحسنت والحياة مشيت كويسة لغاية لما بابا جاله سرطان وأتوفى من ٤ سنين، وابتدى يجيلي خوف رهيب من السرطان وخوف من الموت، وبخاف من التغيير وكمان عندي مشكلة مع أهل جوزي كنّا كويسين واتشاركنا في الشغل وانفصلنا ومن وقتها بقى مشاعرهم وحشة تجاهي، Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ٢٨/٨/٢٠٢٠ عملت مديتيشن والامور مشيت كويس ولكن مع الكورونا بدات تقلق زيادة ومع اَي حالة وفاة بتقع في افكار الخوف من الموت والذي ياتي في نوبات من القلق الشديد مع أسئلة وجودية اقرب للوساوس مثل معنى وجدوى الحياة وبعد الموت وكذا، وحاليا تعيش في الساحل ومع ذلك تعاني من نوبات القلق الشديد وتهدأ فقط في وجود الزوج، وقد اتضح انها لم تستعيد طبيعتها منذ وفاة والدها من ست سنين كما ان ارتباطها بالزوج عامل اعتمادية شديدة وسوف تاخذ فافارين وريسبيردال عند اللزوم وتشتغل مع ولاء معرفي واشوفها بعد كده، ملخص 3 جلسات منهم واحدة اون لاين خايفة بدرجة مرعبة/ اهل جوزى انقلبوا بالعربية والحمدلله ما حصلهمش حاجة لكن العربية باظت / واحد صابنا 33 سنة جالة كانسر / حد مشهور فى التواصل الاجتماعى 25 سنة جالة جلطة واتوفى بعدها بيومين . خايفة غلى زوجى / اولادى / اخواتى الحياة ملهاش لزمة/ بشتغل فى شغل خاص فى الماركتين / برند ملابس .... مش عارفة اشتغل من يوسف./ عدم التصالح مع سنى الكبر ده حاجة مخيفة / فاقدة الشغف للحياة ايه لزمتها اليوم بيعدى وخلاص / الاب توفى من كانسر وكنت عارفة . ....باكد على الباب والغاز ، كنت بنام كويس
