Summary	سيدة ذات حضور جسدي ونفسي قوي عمرها ٤٦ سنة متزوجة عن حب ولديها اربع بتات من سن ٢٠-١٠ سنوات ومن اسرة لأخت اصغر واب موظف بنصر للطيران وام ربة منزل وأسرة متوسطة عادية وكانت تلعب كرة سلة حتى سن ٢٥ سنة عندما تزوجت وكانتتعيش مع الزوج والبنات في الإمارات (الزوج بيروقراطي وروتيني ويبدو انه أميل للانطوائية) وتصف حياتها بالاستقرار ومنذ سنة ونصف اكتشفت انه بيكلم زميلة قديمة له من ابتدائي وذلك بعد ان قابلها في حفل لم شمل زملاء المدرسة وبعد استشارة احدى القريبات الحكيمات بدات تهتم به وطلبت من الأولاد الاهتمام به على طريقة العيال كبرت ولكن عندما بدا ينام معه واجهته مباشرةان إحساسها قالها انه نام مع واحدة النهرده وبدا المصارحة، وأثناء تلك الفترة كان رائع جنسيا معها لدرجة يومية، على غير العادة وبعدها توقف عن ممارسة الجنس مع الصديقة وطلب وقتا لعمل كلوسر حتى أجبرته على فعل ذلك أمامها ثم انهار في البكاء وبعدها اعترف لها انه خانها من قبل، واصبح اكثر حبا ولطفا وتعاطفا واقبالا وشغفا ومعبرا واصبح اعلى (اوبتيمم) مايمكن ان تحلم به وجاءت تشتكي من الأرق الشديد ،وبتفكر في الموضوع طول الوقت، وغير قادرة على مسامحته وفاقدة الثقة فيه وبالفحص اتضح انها تغيرت وأصبحت اكثر تحررا لغويا وبتشتم كثير وتعاني من نوبات من الحزن الشديد بسبب شكها فيها وخمول وكسل وفقد الدافعية واهتمام، وارق شديد وتم تشخيصها اضطراب تكيف نوع الاكتئاب وسوف تاخذ سيمبالتا ثم استشارة زوجية،

Follow Up	8/6 الزوج الاكبر لاربع بنات، حكى نفس الحكاية انه كان بيحب واحدة وهو صغير وقابلها بالصدفة وحس بمشاعر قوية جدا تجاهها لدرجة وصف نفسه بالجنون ولما اكتشفت الزوجة مشاعره تحولت تماما كأنها لم تكن وحاليا بيرتب يجيب مراته ولكن يشتكي ان طول الوقت بيفتقد حاجة بينه وبين مراته مش عارف هي ايه، ،،، محتاج دلع واهتمام أنثوي لانها صارمة ونشيطة ومنظمة واقل منه حنية، وبالفحص هو تجنبي وغير معبر وعاطفي جدا، وعملت شغل بينهم انه يكون اكثر رومانسية ولمسا وانفتاحا وهي تكون ال صرامة واكثر تسامحا واستقصاء معاه ولطفا وأسئلة مفتوحة وهكذا، ٢٤/٨/٢٠١٩ مبسوطة جدا جدا من الجلسة اللي فاتت ولكن خايفة وحاسة بعدم الأمان واخذت قرار بالسفر معه الى دبي لانها خايفة يكون فيه حاجة هناك وأقرت انها بتحبه جدا وانه صاحبها وكل حاجة ليها في الدنيا ومتلخبطة بين انها تخنقه او تقرب منه بزيادة، ،(المفاجاة انه اثناء علاقته بالست التانية كان مقبل جنسيا عليها جدا وبشكل يومي)
