واخت (الاخت تعيش في قطر والاخ مكبر ومدلل) والام مدرسة معاش والاب مهندس معاش، كانت تعمل مصرفية وتعيش في واشنطن مع البنيتين ١٥،١٢ سنة مع الزوج والبنتين منذ سبع سنوات، والكبرى معاقة حركيا مع بعض الاعاقة المعرفية، وجاءت تشتكي : اتجوزت وانا صغيرة ٢٢ سنة، وخلفت بنتين ورا بعض وجوزي بيشتغل في البنك الدولي وبيجيله نوبات غضب شديدة ممكن يضربني ومرة رماني من العربية قدام البنات والبنت الكبرى معاقة فكريا ومن سبع سنين كنت عايشة في ألمانيا وإجمالي او سي دي وقلق واتعالجت بمضاد سيروتونين لمدة ست شهور وتعبت من الدوا ووقفته، ويعالجه بالمشي والقران ومع الوضع الحالي وتكرار اعتداء الزوج عليها امام البنات اصبحت البنت الصغرى والذكية والقوية تخاف منه جدا وتطالبها بالهرب من البيت وتهددها انها ستسمه وتعاني من العزلة الاجتماعية وقد تعرضت لمشاكل كثيرة بسبب ذهابها لمدرسة إسلامية إيرانية وحدث تحرش جنسي من بنت زميلة، وتدرس حاليا من البيت وليس لها أصدقاء وتريد تمزيق المصحف ولا تحب ربنا، وترغب في العودة لمصر وتمكث اغلب الوقت على النت بتكلم صاحبتها الوحيدة Diagnosis/Notes Social Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ٢٩/٦/٢٠١٩ جاءت مع البنت الصغرى هربا من الزوج وترغب في تجربة الحياة مع البنت بعيدا عنه وهو مازال نوبات غضب وإهانة (بتخاف من الأماكن الزحمة) وبيقولها انتي مجنونة، وبيمارس معها الجنس بطريقة البهايم إيلاج فقط بدون بوس او حضن او حتى لمس أم ومسك إيدين، وهي من الاول حتى اثناء الخطوبة كان سريع الغضب عموما، واتضح انها تعاني من القلق العام، وهي لتخطط تكمل هنا حتى لو هنطلق، وهو مازال غضوب واحتمال أقابل البنت وبالفحص هي لاتعاني الا من بعض القلق العام، وسوف تقدم للبنت في المدرسة وتنقل الشيخ زايد وتحتاج الى سرعة التأقلم وكتبت لها موتيفال عند اللزوم ١٢/٥/٢٠٢٢ ضعفت وكانت هشة لكي تعيش وحدها، وعادت الى واشنطن ومنذ شهرين عادت الى مصر مع البنت وقررت مرة اخرى الاستقرار هنا، واتصلت لانها تعاني من البنت، لانها لاحظت انها كل ثلاث شهور تتخانق معها وترفع عليها السكينة، عدا ذلك البنت زي الفل وعندها حياة اجتماعية جيدة وعملت صحاب ولكن مشكلتها نوبات الغضب التي تاتيها كل عدة شهور ووصلت انها عورت الام وعورت نفسها دون قصد وسوف تاتي الام الى العيادة معها على اساس انني اقابل الام ثم اتعرف عليها وعندما تحدث مشكلة اخرى اقدر اتدخل ١٧/٢/٢٠٢٣ وهي في المانيا اكتشفت ان البنت تعاني من انوركسيا (الام مش مصدقة) وادخلوها برنامج علاج انوركسيا رغم انها لا ترجع ولا تاخذ ادوية وكانت العلامة توقف البريود، وبدات البرنامج ولكن قررت الام العودة من المانيا الى مصر بسبب عنفها وخوفها عليها انها تخرج عن طوعها في المانيا كما انها مازالت عنيفة وعنيدة شديدة الازعاج لها، وسوف تاتي العيادة بدعوى الانوركسيا مع ملاحظة ان الام تعيش هنا وحيدة في نيوجيزا وليس لها علاقات او علاقات محدودة جدا ٢٧/٣/٢-٢٣ الام وحدها، وحكت ان البنت حاليا توقفت عن برنامج الانوركسيا بعد ان عملت جلسات محدودة اولاين مع الالماني، مع نوبات الغضب الخطيرة، وسوف اشوفها اولا ثم احولها الى اميرة، ومن ناحية اخرى هي تحت ضغط زن الزوج وطريقته التقليدية في تربية البنت، من ناحية اخرى تشعر بوحدة شديدة وتشعر بالاكتئاب وتقوم بمهامها اليومية بصعوبة وثقل وفاقدة الشغف ولكن رافضة تاخذ دوا وسوف تعمل اربع جلسات مع ميرفت ثم نقرر الدوا ووافقت تاخذ عشبة يوحنا ١٠/٥/٢٠٢٣ اتصلت بخصوص البنت ولم تذهب الى ميرفت ولم تاخذ عشبة يوحنا، ونصحتها تكمل مع ميرفت او حد
