Summary	فتاة ممتلئة وقصيرة وجاءت لوحدها وتعيش في مصر الجديدة مع الام والاخ الاصغر كما ان الاب متوفي من عشر سنين والام مريضة ولذلك هي تقوم بهام الام في البيت، وجاءت تشتكي من ادمان افلام بورن تمركزها على السادية والمازوخية وبدات تتعافى في برنامج زمالة مدمني الجنس وزمالة اخرى مسيحية ومنذ ذلك الوقت بدات بدات تتعافي مع انتكاسات ولكن بدات في نفس الفترة تعاني من الاكتئاب وكذلك بشعور نفسها مع افكار انتحارية، وفيه ميول للانطوائية وبتدخن سجاير وتشتكي كذلك من ضغط دور الام عليها وصعوبة التعامل مع الأخ الاصغر ١٣ سنة، وتعاني من من ن و القلق ورهاب الضلمة، وبالفحص اتضح انها انضمت لمجموعة سادوماسوشيست وأصبحت تمارس معهم ذلك بانتظام حتى سنة مضت عندما بدات تعيد النظر وتسعى للتعافي من خلال زمالة الجنس وزمالة اخرى مسيحية وبالفحص هي تعاني من إضراب شخصية حدية وبوردرلاين واعراض اكتيابية واضطراب قلق ورهاب ضخمة وتقلب مزاجية واندفاعية وإيذاء ذات وقلق اجتماعي مع حساسية عالية وارق ونوبات غضب وتحطيم أشياء ومحتاجة تاخد بروزاك وعلاج نفسي ، بعد مناقشة معها حول البدائل العلاجية تم الاتفاق على تاخذ سيبرالكس وتذهب الى محمد علي لمدة ست جلسات ثم تبدا مع اميرة

Follow Up	18/8/2019مسار 9 جلسات مارينا من الحالات المنتظمة جدااا فى الجلسات اخدت 9 جلسات متواصلة من الاشياء الايجابية اتها ابتديت تقلل المشاكل مع اسرتها رغم انها مازالت مستمرة كمان وقفت العادة السرية باستثناء اخر جلسة رجعت تمارسها تانى لكن تم الاتفاق على ايفافها مرة اخرى كما قللت من سلوكيات ابذاء الذات وتم تعمل بعض مهارات تحنل الضغوط من العلاج الجدلى، وتم تعلم القبول الراديكالى كمان الملاحظ ان مارينا من الشخصيات الصعبة جدااا ومش بتخلى اى حد يعرف يتواصل معاها طول الوقت ردود افعالها مستفزة وبتستغرب اشياء بديهية تم لفت انتباها لتلك المشكلة وجارى التغلب التدريجي عليها رغم وجود صعوبات كبيرة فى ذلك ايضا تم التعامل مع مشكلة قانونية كبيرة بينهم كأسرة وبين العم وتعمل عمل تحليل سلوكى لمجموعة نن المواقف التى سببت مشكلات لها والتعرف على رظود الافعال غير المناسبة التى تقوم بها
