Summary	سيدة شعبية عمرها ٣٢ سنة الوسطى لاختين اكبر واخ اصغر وطلقت منذ اربع سنوات ومن وقت الطلاق وهي تبكي ويبدو انها اصلا هيستريكال وانفجارية ومع الزواج كانت بتشتم الزوج ويضربوا بعض وفِي النهاية قام بتطليقها ومن وقتها تعاني من نوبات صراخ وطول الوقت إلحاح على عودته ، وتجري في الشارع عايزه تشوفه، ويبدو انها عولجت طوال الاربع سنين على انها فصامية وبتاخد مضادات ذهان أقراص وحقن وسوف تمشي فقط على كلوزابكس لتنام ومضاد اكتياب وتتابع مع علاء للتقييم والمتابعة

Follow Up	علاء سيده من اسره متوسطة الحال ماديا أو أقل ولا تتحدث سوي عن عودة طليقها رغم رفضه المتكرر لها ، وترفض القيام بالأعمال المنزليه أو الاعتناء بابنتها حسب كلام الام ، وتدخن الشيشه بكثره والام كثيرة اللوم والانتقاد لها أمام ابنة المريضة ، لم يستدل علي وجود أعراض ذهانيه صريحه ، مهتمه بنفسها وحياتها فاضيه جدا ٢٢/٢/٢٠٢٠ ماشية على الدوا واحسن وبطلت صراخ وبطلت تفكر فيه ولكنها كانت بترمي العلاج، لانه بينيمها كتير وسوف تظبط الدوا ١٧/٥/٢٠٢٠ وقفت الدوا وانتكستوبدات ترمي الدوا وطبعا رجعت تفكر فيه وشايفه انه معموله عمل وسوف تاخذ كويتيابين ٥٠. وبروزاك يوميا، ٦/٦/٢٠٢٠ أحوالها أسوأ كثيرا وكلمته وعمالة تتكلم في العمل، ٢٧/١٠/٢٠٢- احسن وأهدى جدا، وتم تظبيط الدوا الى بروزاك وكويتابكس ١٤/٨/٢٠٢١ ماشية على بروزاك ولبونكس ٥٠ واحسن عموما، وتحتاج الى تنشيط مع في وسلوكي لبدا حياة مختلفة وسوف تذهب لميرفت مع مراعاة التخفيض ١٨/٤/٢٠٢٢ متحسنة ولكن تشتكي بشدة من اللبونكس وسوف تاخذ كويتكوول ٥٠ مكانه ٩/١١/٢٠٢٢ احسن كتير جدا، وحاليا على كلوزابكس ١٠٠ وبروزاك ولكن تشتكي من التثاقل، وسوف نخفض الجرعة الى بروزاك يوم بعد يوم وكلوزابكس ٢٥ مل ١٩/٣/٢٠٢٣ عصبية ورافضة الدواء ومزعجة واتفقت معاها توقف الدوا وجاءت مع الام التي تشتكي شكاوى اجتماعية والاخ يضربها وحاجة زي الخرا ٣/١٠/٢٠٢٣ ماشية على اولابكس ١٠ وزي الفل، ٢١/٢/٢٠٢٤ زي الفل والطليق زوجته الغنية سابته وخدت بنته وهو رجع صفر تاني ومديون وعايز يرجع لبوسي تاني ١١/٦ ماشية على اولابكس خمسة مل، بمعرفتها و١٠ مل بدون معرفتها وسوف تاخذ نص بمعرفتها ونص بدون معرفتها ،
