خريجة اقتصاد جامعة أمريكية وتعمل في مجال استشارات تربوية وهي زوجة وام لأربعة ابناء من سن ٢٤-٨ وجاءت لانها لتعرضها لجهاد بسبب انشغالها مع الابناء وتحضيرها للماجستير وشغلها وكذلك تعرض زوجها للسجن سيايسيا لمدة ٣ شهور، (أم وتعمل ويتحضر ماجستير وزوج مسجون) وهي اصلا كانت في رابعة مع الزوج والابن وكذلك الابن اتحبس اثناء ٢٠١٤ في توابع رابعة واخد ٣ سنين سجن وفِي النهاية خرج وسافر امريكا ، وأصبحت مرهقة جدا، وبعد خروج الزوج من السجن من عشر شهور من السجن حصلها انزلاق غضروفي والزوج اتغير تجاهها وبدات تطلب الطلاق لكنه زرجن جامد جدا لدرجة انها دخلت عزة سليمان في الموضوع وحاليا في عملية طلاق وفيه اعراض الكرب وبالفحص هي سيدة عانت من ضغوطات نفسية منذ ٢٠١٣ اولا سجن الابن واجتهدت حتى نجحت في تهريبه لامريكا وسجن الزوج وكانت تعمل وتدرس ومؤخرا رافعة قضية خلع وتعاني من اجهاد مزمن في الغالب واعراض كرب اضطراب تكيف نوع الاكتئاب والقلق وسوف تاخذ بروزاك وتيبوفورتين Diagnosis/Notes Social Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ١٨/٩ الزوج لوحده وهو رجل متدين ومحافظ ومتربي في الصعيد ويبدو طيبا : قال انها بدات العلاج منذ ١٣ سنة بسبب تعبها بعد وفاة الوالد وذهبت لطبيب اشتبك مع الزوج بسبب طلبه منها خلع النقاب، ويؤكد انها سيدة مخلصة وداعمة جدا لكن دايما بنروح لمستشار نفسي ويقول انها عصبية واشتبكت مع اخوه وشايفه انه موقفش معاها وكمان شايفه انه بخيل عليها وآخر حاجة انها شكت فيه نسائيا، وهو يرغب في الاستمرار في الزواج، ٩/١٠ بعد ان ضاعفت الجرعة حصل لها قلق وارق، وارتفاع ضغط ربما من التيبوفورتين ومن ناحية تانية رافضة تماما وباتتا اَي محاولة للعودة للزوج، وانه بيتهرب من مسؤولياته لدرجة ان الخال بيدفع للولاد فلوس الدراسة والولاد مش طايقينه، ، ومؤخرا جه قعد في البيت وفرض نفسه عليها وهي ماشية في إجراءات الخلع، عشان تطرده من البيت ٢٣/١٠ الاب لوحده نفى ان الخال بيدفع فلوس الدراسة، وحكى بتعاطف شديد وكاد يبكي وانه مستمر بير الصرف على الأولاد وفيه سوء تأويل في موضوع صرف فلوس الخال وكاد يبكي لانه بيصرف عليها وعلى الأولاد وشايل كل مسؤولياته حتى الان وبدون اَي مقابل ٦/١/٢٠٢٠ جاءت مع الزوج للحديث عن عمر الذي تقريبا اعتدى على الاب او كاد وقام الاب بترك البيت وهو ترك الشغل مع الاب والوضع كما هو عليه من حيث الحشيش وتكبير الدماغ وعرضت عليهم ثلاث مسارات الاحتواء او تركه يتدهور او شحنه، وهي جاءت تشتكي من السرحان والنسيان، ، وفقد القدرة على التربيط، ولانها اتحسنت من قبل على البروزاك
