Summary	رجل عمره ٢٥ دبلوم صناعة متزوج ويعيش مع الزوجة والابنة ٤ شهور في بيت العائلة في الجيزة وجاء مع العم ويعمل تاجر جملة خضار وقد بدات الحالة منذ سنتين باكتاياب وعزلة لعدة شهور ثم تحولت الى نوبة هوس مع خروج وتعاطي مخدرات وصرف فلوس لعدة شهور وقام دكتور واحد عزت بإدخاله مستشفى الرخاوي لمدة شهر خرج في اكتوبر الماضي منذ تسع شهور مكتئبا ومازال مكتئبا حتى الان وبالفحص يعاني من ارق ومزاج اكتئابي وفقر افكار وقد تم تشخيصه اضطراب وجداني اكتئابي او مختلط وسوف يأخذ سيكولانز ولاميكتال

Follow Up	٢٩/٨/٢٠١٩ افضل كثيرا وبدا يفتح في الكلام والحركة، وبيتكلم ، معقول والمشكلة الوحيدة حاليا في النوم، ، واتضح انه اخد الدوا لمدة شهر ووقفه وسوف يعود للدواء ٣٠/١٠/٢٠١٩ بردو وقف الدوا شوية، ولكن ماشي كويس ومظبيط، والاهل خايفين انه ابتدى يشترى حاجات كتيرة تاني ولكن هو بينفي ذلك ويبدو انه داخل على نوبة هوس خفيفة وسوف ياخذ لاميكتال ٢٠٠ واولابكس ١٠ ٨/١/٢٠٢٠ الحالة مستقرة ولكن شرب حشيش من اسبوعين وليس لديه اَي بصيرة بالأمر وقد وضحت له تاثير ذلك عليه ، وسوف يستمر على الاولابكس عشرة واللاميكتال ٢٠٠ ٣١/٧/٢٠٢٣ لم يتعرض للنوبة منذ اربع سنوات وحاليا على لاميكتال ٢٠٠ مل واولابكس والمشكلة الحالية هي سرعة الانفعال والغضب والعصبية الشديدة لدرجة بدات تاثر على شغله، وسوف نزيد اللاميكتال الى ٣٠٠مل مع ست جلسات مع علاء للشغل على العربية والغضب ١١/٣/٢٠٢٥ لم تتكرر النوبة منذ خمس سنوات حاليا على لاميكتال ٣٠٠ واولابكس ١٠ وجاء الأنه لانه يعاني من العصبية فقط ويندفع في الردود على الآخرين وسوف يعمل جلسات نفسية للسيطرة على الغضب ، ٧/٥/٢٠٢٥ جاء لانه يعاني من التوهان والخمول والاكتئاب والنوم المفرط وسوف يوقف الاولابكس تدريجيا واشوفه في اكتوبر ١٧/٦ ماشي على لاميكتال ٣٠٠ فقط ومش مستريح ولا ينام وسرحان وخمول نقص شهية وشكله داخل اكتئاب، وسوف اكتب لها سابكولانز ٦/٢٥
