Summary	مراهق نحيف يتجنب التواصل بالعين ، ويجلس في الغرفه لابعد مكان وبيسلم من طرف أيده ويتحدث قليلا باشمئزاز ، حساس لاي كلمه او رأي أو احتمالية عدم تصديقه أو لمسه ، رافض بشده الخروج من المنزل ، حضر منذ سنه وقابل د.ولاء ولم يكمل ، وحضر وقابل د.سالي وقامت بتحويله لمقابلتي واخبرت الام أنه فصام مصاحب بوساوس قهريه ، وبالفحص تبين أن الاسره من المنيا وله اخت اميره ب 8 سنوات اسمها وفاء وتعالج لدي د.نبيل ومتحسنه علي ال فلوزاك ، ومقيم مع الام والمنيا بينما الاب مقيم بالقاهره ، 46 سنه وحاصل علي دبلوم تجاره ويعمل محاسب بكافيه ، والاب يبدو متخلي جدا وحضرت الاسره منذ اسبوعين للاقامه بالقاهره والمريض رافض الذهاب للمدرسه اعتقادا منه بأن أغلب الموجودين متحرشين بصوره فجه وقام بوصف السلوك وحضر جلستين بعد ضغط من آلام خلالهم تعاون قليلا ونزل مع الام يمشي في الشارع واخبرت أنه منعزل من صغره وليس له هوايات ، ويرغب في استكمال جلسات مع د.سالي وهي رافضه ، وتم تأجيل الجلسات لحين مقابلة د.نبيل للبت في الادويه ، لانه مع الضغط قليلا المريض يهدد بالانتحار وحاله صعبه جدا

Social	الام :46 سنه ، ليسانس اداب تاريخ ، مدرسة دراسات اعدادي من حوالي سنه ابتدأ يبكي كتيير ومش عايز يروح المدرسه وكان يروح الامتحان بالعافيه ولو راح يكتب اي حاجه ويخرج ، لو رايح المدرسه بكره للامتحان قبلها بليله يبقي خايف وقلقولما يبقي في البيت يبقي الدنيا تمام ، الحاجات دي ظهرت مع أولي اعدادي ويقول العيال بيضربوني وجينا لدكتور ولاء ومستريحش عشان كانت مصره أن فيه حد اتحرش بيه ونزل من عندها بيبكي ومرحش غير الامتحانات وعلطول قاعد في البيت ولما نقلنا من المنيا للقاهره قعد يبكي ولما عرف أنه رايح المدرسة منمش ليلتها ، هو مبيحبش حد يلمسه ، مش عايز يركب اتوبيسات ، ميرضاش ياكل غير لما يغسل ايدين وده من سنه ، كاتب يارب اموت وبيفكر في الانتحار

Follow Up	٣١/١٢/٢٠١٩ الراجل ده بيتعرض لتنمر شديد بالاضافة انه غالبا سكيزويد افويدانت ومن البداية تم منعه من الخروج من المنزل او الاختلاط بالآخرين ويعاني من القلق الشديد والاكتئاب وكذلك افكار بارانويدية وسوف ياخذ بروزاك واشوفه بعد شهر ونقرر الجلسات
