Summary	ياسمين سيدة منقبة عمرها 31 سنة، الرابعة لأخين واخت، الاب مدرس، الام موظفة (منقبة)، وهي خريجة صيدلة وتعمل صيدلانية في الحكومة، تزوجت في 2017 من صيدلي ومعها ولدين وبنت من عمر 3- 6 سنوات وتعيش مع الزوج في العبور في بيت مستقل وقبلها كانت مع الاسرة في بلبيس، واشتكت الام انها عصبية وتفقد وزنها وحكت انها بدأت تتوقف عن الكلام في 2018 مع مشكلة مع الزوج وذلك لكي تثير انتباهه وفي مرة كسرت رجلها لنفس السبب (لانه سابها ونزل يوصل امه) واحيانا ً تعمل نفسها مغمي عليها ثم بدأ يغمي عليها فعلا ً، وحكت انها عاشت مع اب متسلط حتي تزوجت والمشكلة ان الزوج يهددها باعادتها الي الاب لدرجة انها باعت دهبها واشترت شقة حتي تكون ملاذها الاخير وعندما عرف الزوج هاج وشتم وبهدل الدنيا ثم صالحها لكنها تشعر انها مسلوبة الارادة، واشتكي الزوج انها دائما ً لاتشعر بالامان رغم انه كاتب لها شقتين وجاب لها عربية وانها كل فترة تكتئب لعدة ايام ولكن اخر مرة دخلت في اكتئاب طويل وان الاب يميز اختها عنها واقر انه يغير عليها ولكن يبدو رجل محب وطيب، وبالفحص عهي تعاني من سمات عصابية كثيرة (الغضب، الضيق، الاحباط، الشكوي، الدونية، الشك في الاخرين، الوحدة، بلا اصدقاء، تمني الموت وافكار انتحارية)، وذلك مع تحطيم الاشياء والانقطاع عن الكلام والانقطاع عن الاكل بالايام وهي قاصدة ذلك، وحتى ايذاء النفس لطلب الرعية والاهتمام،والتفكير المفرط، البكاء، التقلب المزاجي، الانقباض، اوجاع العضلات، الارق، التوتر، وضيق التنفس، والخلاصة هي سيدة تعيش حياة تقليدية ضاغطة وعانت من تسلط الاب وتميزة للاخت ثم تزوجت رجل غيور لكنه طيب، وتشخيصها اضطراب شخصية عصابية واكتئاب مزمن وقلق ملاحظة: اضطراب الرغبة الجنسية والاثارة والاورجازم ؟ وتاخذ ولنتا

Follow Up	المريضة جاءت بدأت تحكي عن الاعراض الموجودة الحالية وبداية التاريخ المرضي من ثانوي وعلاقتها بالاب والزوج والأخوات، سألتها علي الدواء اخبارة ايه قالتلي انها مش بتاخده وقالت لدكتور نبيل انها بتاخده وهي مخدوتش وعايزة تجرب من غير دواء وطلبت منها تتواصل مع د.نبيل واكدت عليها ضرورة انها تاخد الدواء وترتب ده مع د.نبيل قبل الجاسة القادمة واني هبلغه ١٦/٦/٢٠٢٥ بدات تبذل مجهود وتخرج مما ساعد على تقليل انشغالها بالزوج وحتى جنسيا بدات تتحسن ولكنها رافضة تاخذ الدوا واتفقت معها تكمل جلسات نفسية بدون دوا شهرين كمان
