Summary	احمد رجل عمره 28 سنه ، الأكبر لأخت ، الأب مهندس زراعي ، والأم ست بيت ، وهو معهد لاسلكى ، وكان يعيش ويعمل عامل في مطعم في عمان لمده سنتين وعاد منذ 4 شهور بسبب التعب النفسي واول مره نزل منذ سنه ، وقد عاش احمد في نجع حمادى طول عمره ثم سافر عمان 2020 وعمل هناك بلا يوم اجازة ومنذ سنه اصيب بفيروس ينوم الناس وبدأ يعاني من خمول شديد مستمر واكتئاب وعاد الى مصر لمده 3 شهور واخذ اسيتا واميرايد 50 واتحسن وسافر عمان في سبتمبر 2023 لمده 3 شهور وتعب مره اخرى وحالياً على سفر ويرغب في التحسن . ومنذ شهرين على اسيتا10 ، وسايكولانز 6/25 مرنين يومياً ؟ ويعاني من الخمول ، والخوف ، اعراض جسديه كثيرة ، رعشه وخنقه ، القلق ، الدونيه ، اوجاع جسديه ، التوتر ، التململ ، وسوف يمشي على اسيتا 20 مع اميرايد فقط على ان يخفض الاسيتا الى قرص بعد شهر (غالبا تعرضه لضغط العمل والغربه والفيروس اثر فيه) . ١٣/٧/٢٠٢٤ لم ياتي مرة اخرى ولكن لا يتوقف عن الالحاح وارسال الرسائل ورغم تحسنه وقف الدوا دون الرجوع لي وتعب طبعا والحاح مستمر والحقني وهكذا وطلبت منه الاستمرار فقط على سيبرابرو

Follow Up	٧/٨/٢٠٢٤ عاد من عمان وبيتكلم كلام متنوع زي مش عارف نفسي والتهاب في الجهاز المناعي والقولون والمعدة ومن الوصف هو مازال مكتئب وخامل وغير مبسوط وقلقان وشكاوى جسدية كثيرة وكلمت طبيبه الذي اكد ان عنده بدايات كرونس كما وقف الدوا من اربع شهور والاعراض الحالية قلق معمم، وفقد الاهتمام والخوف ونق ساعات النوم ومقارنة نفسه بالناس والدونية والياس والتوتر والياس ومهما في لبسه واهتمامه والتململ والتشخيص اكتئاب وقلق وسوف ياخذ افيكسور وبوسبار ١٠/٢/٢٠٢٥ سافر عمان في مايو حتى اغسطس ولم يستطع الاستمرا هناك، وحاء يشتكي اني لم اسمعه واكتفيت باعطائه ورق يجاوب عليه، وحاليا يشتكي من النوم نقص عدد ساعات النوم، ويشتكي من عدم إنصاتي له، وعنده حساسية عالية تجاه اي اشارة لعدم التقبل يصل إلى الشعور ان الآخرين يتكلموا عليه، وكذلك صداع مرتبط غالبا بالضغط واشتكى من نسيان اقرب لاضطراب الانتباه، ومشغول بوزنه، ويتكلم عن اعراض جسدية كثيرة ونفسية كثيرة وهي اقرب للتنميل الشعوري ، مع انشغال مفرط باحاسيسه وافكاره (مش حاسس بطراطيف صوابعي) أقرب إلى الوساوس، وكذلك كان خاطب بنت خالته اللي عمرها ١٨ سنة وثابته ولكن عايشة معاه في نفس البيت ونصحته باخذ مسافة وسوف ياخذ سيروكويل وجنكو
