Social	مهندس معماري ( أضطرابات أكل ) أنوركسيا مع أكل زيادة وترجيع من 4 سنين / بدأ من الجيش 2015 بسبب ضغوكات الجيش ( بشوف جسمي غير حقيقته ) شخصية وسواسية وميال للقلق والكمال المثالي صوت الجلاء عالي ( ولو حسيت أني فشلت في شيء بأكل كتير وبعدها أرجع ) - الترجيع للاراحة النفسية كنت بحس وأنا صغير أني لازم أجتهد عشان أبويا يحبني - ده أتغير دلوفتي البداية : وقت الجيش كان بدأ جسمي يزيد - ماكنتش عايز أتخن فمنعت الاكل تماما ( نشوة ) وزني وصل 42 كيلو من 70 كيلو ( الطول 1.73 ) فقدت الوعي ودخلت المستشفي 3 أسابيع بدأت أخاف من عدد وفيات الانوركسيا فبدأت أكل وأرجع بدل ما امنع بدأت أبدل بين أنوركسيا وبوليميا حاليا : وزنه 47.5 - عند الوصول لل 50 بيوصل لنوبة فزع خوف من أنه يتحول دهون

Follow Up	تاريخ الزيارة : غير محدد أنوركسيا لكن دخل في ترجيع وبوليميا ( كميات رهيبة ) 8 لتر بيبسي وعصائر ثم ترجيع حاليا يرجع من الشغل يتغدي كميات كبيرة وينام ويظبط المنبه عشان ياكل تاني ويخلص وينام طول الوقت بفكر في الاكل / ممكن يشرب خل عشا يرجع عايز أروح بسرعة عشان أسمع الصوت في اولي اعدادي كان عايز يخس عشان فريق الرياضة . كان شايف نفسه أتخن واحد فيهم بطل ياكل أو لو كل نشويات كان بيرجع نفسه ( لمدة شهر ثم أختفي ) شرحت لأحمد أن ده هوس بالرياضة والوزن ثم تحول لهوس في ثانوية عامة للمذاكرة والكمال المثالي بعد الكلية بدأ يركز تاني علي جسمه وبدا يشتغل في مكس ديزاين في الجيش بدا يمتنع عن الاكل تماما كان في الحرس الجمهوري له وضعه لكن نقلوه بسبب حد أخوان في الاسرة . صدمة . بطل يأكل اتحجز 11/2015 بعدها بدأ الترجيع والبوليميا . وبعد التخدير حصل له تلبك وقف وأنعشوه في المستشفي العسكري حاليا مدير موقع في شركة بترول ( كان ليا طموحات تانية . ) كنت بحب أظهر حاليا مختفي عن الناس وفقط عايش مع الاكل الخطة : بروزاك 40 جم بدأنا العلاج السلوكي وتصعيب سلوك الترجيع عليه وتأخيره مرونة الاكل
