Summary	زوج وزوجة مثقفين ومتعلمين ومن اسرة متسقة وهما متفتحين ومتواصلين مع بعض ، هو لا يعاني من سمات شخصية مضطربة مع وجود أعراض اجهاد نفسي واعراض اكتئابية وفقد اكتر من ٢٠٪‏ من وزنه مع رغبة في الموت، وهي تعاني من قلق شديد مع تاريخ وسواس قهري، وهما يفتقدا للحب او للعلاقة العاطفية، وهو بالذات لا يرغب في العلاقة ويشعر بانه متورط وهي تحبه وترغب في التكملة، واضح انهم غير قادرين على التكملة معا لان العلاقة غير مشبعة له تحديدا وحاسس بإحباط شديد من العلاقة، كما انه لديه مشاعر تجاه بنت اخرى من العيلة، سوف ياخذ سيبرالكس. بعد شهر نقرر ولازم يبطل يضغط عليها عشان تتغير لانها ابتدت تحس بالشك في نفسها والقلق، ،

Social	هي: بقى لنا فترة مش مبسوطين، متجوزين من سنتين وعندنا بنت، ومش متفاهمينوهو شايف ان الحل انه يتجوز تاني هو: انا شايف ان احنا مش شبه بعض، ومش شبه بعض في كل حاجة مزيكا سياسة، وقصة الجواز دي كانت كحل انا اقترحته، وتراجعت عنها، هي ( ٢٧ سنة ومحامية، لوحدها) ، احنا فعلا مش شبه بعض، زي مابيقول ، وهوشايفني صغيرة ومش بعرف أتصرف، وان انا بعك في الكلام مع الناس، وعلى طول في حالة اكتئاب عشان انا مش قادرة افهم دماغه، ولما اصر انه ميتكلمش في موضوع الجواز تاني يعيط وينهار ويكتئب، وهو شاطر في شغله، واجتماعي ومحبوب جدا، هو ( منفردا) انا مش عارف احبها واكتشفت ده بعد ٣ شهور من الخطوبة، وكنت اصلا بحب بنت، وكنت عايز اتجوز وخلاص، وهي مش فاهماني خالص، وانا فلول وهي ثورجية، ، وانا شخص خاص ومتصوف ومحتاج حد يفهمني وده مش فيها، ، انا نفسي في واحدة زي السيدة خديجة للرسول،

Follow Up	١١/١١ هي: الموضوع تفاقم جدا وازداد سوء، وشايف اننا منكملش هي: بتتعامل معايا على اني مريض اكتئاب وان ده أصل المشكلة مش ، رغم ان فيه دكتورة من بدري قالت لي طلقها وانا رفضت،، وشايف ان أمها ليها دور في المشاكل اللي بتحصل، وانها مبتديدينيش امتي، زي فكرة الفرق بين الراجل والست، ومتوافقش على اعتراضاتي على لبسها (حكى حكاية)، ودايما شكاية هي تم ممارسة الإنصات مع بعض واكتشفنا انهم بيشتكوا من نفس الحاجات، كان فيه حب وتواصل وراحوا، : طلبت منهم يكتبوا الحاجات الكويسة اللي فيهم هي كتبت كتير وهو مكتبش حاجة تقريبا الا انها بتشتغل كويس خ، وهو مقاوم جدا لأي تغيير،، وهي كتبت حاجات كتير لطيفة عنه اتفقت معاه ياخد لوسترال ولو شاف حاجة كويسة يكمل او يطلقوا
