Summary	فتاة محجبة تبلغ من العمر 17 عاما ولكن تبدو اكبر من سنها فى الصف الثالث الثانوى الثالثة من أربعة اخوة كلامها قليل صوتها منخفض عباراتها مقتضبة ذكرت الام انها انطوائية ومش بتبادر بالحوار وفى ثانية إعدادى نقلوا من سكنهم الى سكن جديد بالتجمع فى مكان هادئ وبعيد وبعدها بدئت تشعر بخوف ولا يوجد لها اصدقاء او جيران فى السكن الجديد ووصعوبة فى انها تتكلم مع المدرسين وتشعر بالارتباك والخوف ولما ترجع البيت تعيط وخايفة تروح الدروس لوحدها او مع صديقتها وبدئت تنعزل وحاولت الانتحار وأخذت دواء وبعدها بلغت هى الام انها اخذت دواء وحاولت تجرح يدها بمنشار ومن سنة تابعت مع دكتور محمد المهدى وأخذت علاج دوائى وتابعت عدة جلسات تحسنت الحالة لفترة لكنها وقفت الدواء لانه كان بيسبب لها رعشة باليد ولم تكمل الجلسات وفى الفترة الاخيرة بدئت تشعر بعدم القدرة على التركيز وتشعر ان الافكار اللى فى دماغها مش بتاعتها أفكار انها بتعمل حاجة غلط افكار ذات محتوى جنسى تتخيل أشخاص بتمارس العلاقة الجنسية والام ذكرت انها على طول متوترة ومش بتعرف تعبر عن اللى جواها

Social	ببقى عاوزه اعمل الحاجة لكن مش قادرة وانساها وانسى الوقت اللى هعمله فيها فى عدم تركيز من سنة روحت لدكتور وكان عندى اكتئاب وببقى مضايقة من غير سبب دلوقتى حاسة انى مش زى الاول

Follow Up	2/11/2020 تحدثت عن الافكار وفكرة الانتحار حيث حاولت من اكثر من سنة وخوفها من النزول بمفردها الشغل علي اخطاء التفكير الثقة بالذات 9/11/2020 بحس ان اصحابي بيتريقوا عليا وبيقولوا عليا اني مليش صوت وبنسب كتير وحاسة اني بعيدة عن كل حاجة وعن الناس وبفكر في الردود اللي هقولها كتير وبتوتر اوي لو عملت حاجة غلط وحاسة اني زعلانة معظم الوقت مشاعر دونية وانخفاض تقدير الذات الشغل علي تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية والثقة بالنفس 16/11/2020 بفصل بسرعة ومش عارفة اذاكر بنسي كتير ومش بعمل حاجة اوي وحاسة اني معنديش حاجة النموذج المعرفي - مراجعة الانشطة اليومية
