Summary	منة سيدة عمرها 28 سنة، الكبري لأخين، الاب مدرس، الام صحفية متقاعدة، وهي خريجة السن وتعمل في سفارة تركيا، ومخطوبة وستتزوج في يوليو وتعيش مع الاسرة في الدقي، وحكت انها منذ المراهقة تعاني من القلق المعمم، ومنذ 3 سنوات بدأت تعاني نوبات هلع (تسارع قلب، بتفس سريع، وتقع)، اثناء النوم وفي الشغل، ومع الفحوصات لا تعاني اسباب عضوية، ومنذ سنة بدأت تشعر (حد بيلمسني اثناء النوم)، وذهبت الي طبيب نفسي واخذ سيبرابرو وبدأت تتحسن تدريجيا ً ولكن منذ عدة شعور بدأت تتعب غالبا ً لأنها ستتزوج تركي وتسافر تركيا وتشعر بالقلق، وقد عاشت مع اب بعيد وصعب (ضرب واجبرها علي الحجاب)، ونصف حياتها معه بعدم الامان، وتشعر بالمسئولية تجاة الام والاخين، وبالفحص تعاني منذ الطفولة من الوحدة وصعوبة الحفاظ علي علاقات صداقة، واعراض وسواسية متعلقة بالنظافة والتنظيم، والعصبية، وصعوبة الثقة في الاخرين، لوم النفس، الوحدة، الانقباض، القلق المستقبلي (مرتبطة بالام جدا ً)، وعندها نفور شديد من الاب منذ الطفولة لدرجة شاكة انه اتحرش بيها ولكنها لا تذكر، اوجاع في العضلات بالذات مع التوتر، الارق، تعيد وتزيد، ويبدو انها بنوته تقليدية تربت في اسرة محافظة لأب متسلط ومزعج وغالبا ً اورثها خوف وشعور بعدم الامان وازدادت الاعراض مع قرب زواجها وسفرها الي تركيا وحاليا ً علي سيبرابرو وسوف اضيف ابيلافاي وتشتغل معرفي سلوكي ثم مسارات

Follow Up	تامر دياب 11/3/2026 تعاني "منة" من صراع بين الرغبة في الاستقلال (الزواج والسفر) والارتباط المرضي بالأم (الشعور بالمسؤولية)، مما فجر أعراض الهلع كاستجابة لفقدان الأمان المتوقع قلق معمم اعراض ocd نوبات هلع لعلاج المعرفي السلوكي للسيطرة على نوبات الهلع وفنيات التنفس والاسترخاء مع إعادة هيكلة التوقعات الكارثية المتعلقة بحياتها الجديدة في تركيا ث أو العمل الموجه بالصدمات لتفكيك إرث الأب المتسلط وفك الارتباط الشرطي بين صورته وصورة الزوج المستقبلي لضمان عدم انتقال مخاوفها القديمة إلى حياتها الزوجية مع معالجة عقدة الذنب تجاه انفصالها عن والدتها وإخوتها وتحويل علاقتها بالأم من اعتمادية مرضية إلى ارتباط صحي يدعم استقلالها النفسي تجعلها قادرة على مواجهة بيئتها الجديدة بمرونة نفسية تمكنها من مهارات التواصل الفعال وتجاوز صعوبات تكوين الصداقات التي عانت منها منذ الطفولة مع جلسات لمعالجة القلق المعمم والاعراض الوسواسية
