Summary	بدات الحالة منذ ٢٩ سنة، بعد الزواج بسنة ونصف اصيبت بمخاوف من الام التي توفت ( تزوجت من زميل لها وكانت تحب اخر) وقد شخص الأطباء الحالة على انها فصام وموخرا مع محمد علوان، ، واضح انها منشغلة جدا بالدِّين ، وفخورة بنتي، كانت اجتماعية زمان ( احتمال التشخيص والادوية المستمرة منذ ٣٠ سنة تكون اثرت)، عليها لكنها مازالت متماسكة وتقوم بمهام البيت،

Social	الإبنة هند: من ٢٨ سنة بعد وفاةالام ابتدت تتعالج وعدت على كذا دكتوروحاليا مع دكتور من سنة ٩٦ وهي حاليا مخها ريلاكس خالص وماتخدش قرارات، وأحيانا بيجيلها ضلالات وعندها وساوس دينية هي: من ٣٠ سنة تقريبا كنت مع ماما وبدات تعاديني، ورحت لدكتور مصطفى كامل وقال فصام، وبيجيلي وساوس تجاه التماثيل والتلفزيون انه حرام، والدكاترة قالو حرام، ،

Follow Up	٢٨/٢: كلام الزوج، انها افضل وبتتجاوب احسن ، هو راجل طيب ومتعاون وبدا بحكي التاريخ المرضي، بعد الخلفة بقت كارهة المعاشرة والبقاء في بيتها وتقعد عند بيت مامتهاوبعدين بدانا نلف على الدكاترة، مرات يبقى فيه حد بيكلمها في ودانها، ومفيش اندماج، ، هي: بتشتكي من الدوا وغثيان ودوخة؟؟؟؟؟ منازلنا في مرحلة مراجعة التشخيص فيه احتمال تكون اتعالجت على انها فصام لمدة ٢٩ سنة وهي ليست كذلك وتم تخفيف جرعات الأدوية تدريجيا وسوف نرى هي حاليا على ريسبيريدال ١ مل ولبونكس ٢٥ مل ٧/٣ فيه تحسن قوي لدرجة وشها مختلف، ولكن يوجد افكار دينية عن علاقتها بجوزها لكن لديها بصيرة بالمرض، ، ٤/٤ فيه إرهاق وافكار كتير. وقلة نفس، ومعظم الأفكار دينية عن الحلال والحرام والفوائد والربا، وحوار حول الطفولة الدينية والحلال والحرام، واضح انها مازالت متحسنة ، تم اضافة بروزاك ٢٠ مل يوم بعد يوم، ة ٢٥/٤ الأفكار مازالت لكن التفاعل احسن كتير، ولو هي مشغولة مبيكونش فيه افكار، ، لكن فيه إرهاق، مطلوب المرة القادمة الابنة والزوج لمراجعة التشخيص والحالة البروزاك يوميا وريسبيريدال واد. لبونكس ٢٥ ومطلوب تخرج وتمشى
