تشكو من أن روان بدأت تتغير منذ عامين حيث بدأت تبقى عدوانية ، تظهر انخفاضَا دالا فى المهارات الأكاديمية ، تظهر تعلق شديد بالتليفون، بتأخد فلوس من وراء الأم ، كما اكتشفت أنها اخدت 300 جنية من فلوس زوج الأم من يومين ، اخذ فلوس كان بدأ من سنة ونصف كانت بتاخد فلوس من شنطة الخالة أو الأم وبقاش يحصل تانى بعد ما نهتها الام وعاقبتها على ما تقولة الام، كما أشارت الأم انها بدأت ترفع السكينة على الأم اثناء عقابها وقد جرحت الأم مرتين ، هى تقييم مع الجدة والجدة للأم حتى شهر ابريل الماضى حيث ذهبت للعيش مع الأم فى الرحاب، الأم تزوجت مرة آخرى منذ 6 سنوات ، الوالدان منفصلان منذ عمر شهورلروان ، الأب بيكلمها فى عيد ميلادها بس ومن حوالى 4 سنوات مشفهاش الأب ، عن علاقتها بزوج الأم قبل الزواج كان كويس اوى معاها وبعد الزواج حصل حناقة بينها وبين الأم وتدخل هو واعتدى عليها بالضرب ومن ساعتها مش بيتكلمة وعن علاقتها بالأم تشير الأم انها مش حرماها من حاجة بتخرج معاها لكن مش بتحيلى حاجة خالص بعرفها من الجدة.وعن سلوكها فى المدرسة تشير الأم أنها بترد على المدرسين بطريقة غير لائقة ومديرة المدرسة أشارت اليها أنها تتصاحب على الولاد وبتعد فى كنتين المدرسة كتير روان : تعبر عن نفسها انها مش بتفكر قبل ما تتصرف ان ساعات كتير الحاجة وابقى عايزة اسحابها، بعمل حاجات ومش بعرف افكر فى عواقبها قبل ما اعمله، علاقتى بأمى مش كويسه هى عايزانى احكلها على كل حاجة وهى ما عودنيش على كدا مبحبش اخرج معاها ، بس علاقتى بجدتى cutingوخالتى كويسة اوى بحكى ليهم كل حاجة ، انا لما بتخانق دلواتى بعمل محتاجة ابقى متحكمة فى انفعالاتى معيطش كتير واوطى صوتى تم تطبيق اختبار الشخصية وقد أظهر ارتفاعا فى ابعاد الشخصية الاكتئابية وابعاد الشخصية الحدية بشكل دال كما تم تطبيق اختبا ر على الام واظهر ارتفاع دال فى اضطراب المسلك cbcl Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up حضرت روان بصحبة الجدة التى عبرت عن رغبتها فى تحسن روان ، وعن علاقتها بها وانها تعتبرها بنت ثالثه لها وليس حفيدتها، وعن روان أشارت أنها خلال الاسبوع لم تقومبعمل كاتين لنفسها الا انها تقوم بمشاهدت افلام على اليوتيوب لاشخاص يقومون بعمل كاتين نبيل ١٢/١٢/٢٠١٧ هي شايفه ان المشكلة مع الام والجدة وليس مع الخالة، ، في حين تحكي الام انها ضربت خالتها،، اعتقد ان فيه باثولوجي قوي في الاسرة ومطلوب عمل تدخل اسري في حضور الخالة والام احتمال تحتاج دوا وممكن تكون بتعمل إسقاط لاحباطاتها على البنت والجدة ضاغطة كذلك لان فيه ملاحظة مهمة هي بتسرق من البيت وليس من المدرسة
