Follow Up	26/2/2018 عايزة تأجل الدراسة، مبتروحش الدروس أو بتذاكر، متأكده إن أهلها هيدخلوا آى كلية عايزاها بالفلوس، مرتبطة بولد عنده 32 سنة ومتزوج ولديه طفل، حاسه بالذنب لوجود مداعبات وكارهه نفسها، عنيده وحذره فى الكلام وتحاول تستكشف طباعى وقناعاتى بتحاول تتكلم عن علاقات جنسية مثلية مع أختها وقرايبها البنات وهى صغيره وتحرشات اختها لديها تاريخ للإكتئاب بعد الحمل الأم هيسترية ووصفت ضلالات بالمراقبة " حد ماشى وراها "، وبيراقبها ثم توقفت عند هذا الكلام لما أولادها هاجموها، الأم غالبا ً تمر بضلالات قد تحتاج إلى دواء 1/3/2018 - الأم ذهانية- اكتئاب وسأقوم بمقابلتها لوصف الدواء شكوى المريضة: تصف إنها تعرضت لحالة من المس " عياط كثير وساوس إن أمها هتموت، هتفشل فى كل حاجة"، بتاكل كتير مزاجها متقلب - أنا دلوقتى شايف إن البنت عصابيه واضطراب شخصية غير محدد قد تكون حدية. - تحتاج إلى دواء للسيطرة على الإنفعالات والاندفاعيه وتحتاج علاج فردى جماعى. بروذاك 20 مجم يوم بعد يوم 2018-02-19 محستش بزعل من موت بابا، خايفه إن ماما تموت خايفة كل حاجة، بعيط بقالى شهرين بدون سبب، مش عايزه أذاكر وخايفه من الكتاب وبفكر أجل الثانوية العامة، عصبية وبتخانق بسرعة وحاسة إن شخصيتى غريبة شكوى الأم: توفى والدها منذ سنة، خايفه دايماً ، مش عارفه تذاكر وخايفه من الكتاب، بتضايق بسرعة بنت تبدو أكبر من عمرها، حذرة وتضحك كثيراً وفى تالته ثانوى، توفى والدها منذ سنة وهى 5/5 أخوة واخوات، لديها اضطراب بالغدة الدرقية جائت تشكو من أعراض اكتئابية وقلق وصعوبة فى المذاكرة "الأم شكلها ذهانية وتحتاج لتقييم" بالمقابلة توجد أعراض اضطراب شخصية غير محدد، تحتاج لتقيم أكثر. 26/3/2018 (د. بكر) - بدأت تكون اكثر تقبلاً لكلامي ، اقل حده في التعامل - اشتكت من افكار ورغبه في إنهاء حياتها - لازالت كسوله ومش قادرة تعمل حاجه ومحبطه - الدواء بروزاك كل يوم + centrum - عملنا نظام للأسبوع لكسر التوقف ومحاوله للحركه
