Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ٢٤/٤ جاءت لوحدها دون ان تخبره وهي من أسرة متوسطة تقليدية كأنها طالعة من فلم قديم، من المنصورة لأب مهندس وترى انه بعيد وغير متفاعل مع أسرته وأم تعتبرها بلا فائدة، وأختها الكبرى والتي تمثل الام لها، وأخ اكبر متسلط، وبعيد ولوحده، وتعمل مدرسة علم نفس في جامعة عين شمس وكذلك في الجامعة البريطانية والجامعة الامريكية. قد تزوجت ابن عمتها بشكل تقليدي من ابن عمتها وأحبته منذ ١٦ سنة، وسافرت معه لاسكوتلاند خمس سنين وكانت الحياة طبيعية وبعد العودة ومنذ خمس سنوات مع الحمل الرابع دخلت في اكتئاب وهو لم يكون في مستوى توقعاتها وستمر ذلك بعد الولادة، ومن وقتها دخلو في دايرة مفرغة من الأفعال السلبية تجاه بعض وبدأوا يتبعادوا تدريجيا ويبدو انها كمالية والزوج ليس كذلك فلم ينجح في امتحان الزمالة وفشل في الدكتوراة في مصر وتراه شخص غير طموح وفاشل، وبدا في الخلافات الشديدة، سوف تحل مقياس الرضا الزواجي والشخصية وقايمة الأعراض ونشوف ٢٩/٥/ جاءت لوحدها لانه مش فاضي بسبب العيادة، ، ، ، ،وعملت الاختبارات دون ان تخبره وفِي الغالب هو يتجنب المواجهه باي ثمن، ولا يريد بذل مجهود ، لكي لا يواجه فشله باي ثمن ويحتاج الى تحسيس، واحدة واحدة معاه وسوف تاخذ لوسترال ٥٠ مل ٣١/٥/٢٠١٨ الزوج: يهرج باستمرار وبشكل ملحوظ، ويرجع الأزمة الى اكتئاب زوجته بعد ولادتها الطفل الرابع ووفاة الاب وكذلك التاريخ المرضي الاكتئابي للأب، وحكى عن خلافات قديمة بين الابين حيث ان ابيها كان في ليبيا ويرسل فلوس لأبيه لعمل مشروع والثاني كسب فلوس كثيرة والاول أرسل كاسيت يفيد بإلغاء المشروع، وكذلك هي من عيلة نووية وهي من عيلة ممتدة، ، ،ويبدو انه فعلا.راجل طيب واجتماعي، لدرجة ان الحماة عايشة معاهم واخواتها المسافرين برة لما بيرجعو بيعيشوا معاهم في البيت لدرجة انه بينام على مرتبة ومن الضغط جاله سكر، ، ٣/٦/٢٠١٨ هو تحول جدا بعد اخر مقابلة وأصبح اكثر اهتماما ورعاية، عملنا الإنصات وانا شأيفك كويس في ...... ثم انا عايز وكانت الأجواء لطيفة جدا وطلبوا قضاء وقت أطول وطبطبة واهتمام، ٢٧/٦ مستغربة التحول ومش قابلاه ومستنية الضربة الجاية وانا بحاول معاها انها تقبل الموجود وتستمتع به، وقافلة جنسيا حتى لما قرب قفلت منه، ولكنها اصبحت اقرب وألطف وتفكر فيه بشكل جيد، وحاليا مكتئبة جدا وموقفة الوسترال، وسوف تاخذ ولبيوترين، ، و تدخلات معرفية مع د سالي ١٥/١/٢٠١٩ لم تذهب لسالي لسوء الترتيب وهي ابتدت تشوف ان المشكلة فيها وليست فيه، ومن الواضح انها اوبسيسيف ولا ترضى بسهوله وهو اكثر روقان وتلقائية منها وهي منزعجة من تلقائيته ورضاه جدا، ، ودخلت في دايرة مفرغة من التوقعات العالية من الزوج كرجل وعدم حدوثها وتدريجيا حتى اصبحت تشعر انه ليس الرجل الذي تريده وكذلك إحباطها الجنسي منه لانه غير مهتم جنسيا، ومن
