Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up د بكر ١/٧/٢٠١٨ جاءت مرة واحده منذ سنه بعد مقابله د نبيل الاخيرة وراجعت التاريخ المرضي وشفتها أقرب لإضطراب سلوكي مع وجود اعراض مزاجيه ، ثم اختفت وظهرت من ٦ شهور مره وكانت في اعراض هوسيه ولم يتوقف العلاقات الجنسيه وكانت لا تأخذ علاج وطلبت منها تاخد بريانيل وكويتابكس ثم اختفت مره اخري ، ثم ظهرت منذ شهر ونصف مره اخري وحضرت ٤ مرت خلالها راجعنا التاريخ المرضي وشفت انها بدات علاقات جنسيه متعدده في اخر فتره الزواج مع مدرس ابنها ثم بعد الطلاق بدات بالعلاقه مع الصديق الحالي المجنون ( اشك في جنانه واظنه عكاك ) وبدات علاقات كثيره جدا مع كل اصدقائها الرجال لم تتوقف حتي شهر فات ولم اجد اختلاف في رتم العلاقات او وجود اعراض اخري تشير لوجود اضطراب وجداني واضح ، اري اكثر انها اضطراب شخصيه بدات تظهر اعراضه في اواخر فتره الزواج ولا اعلم لماذا بدات تحضر مره اخري بانتظام وأظني لم اعطيها سماح ضمني للعلاقات ، طلبت منها عمل تحليل فيروسات للاطمئنان عليها ( وشها كان اصفر ) واتضح انها حامل من اخر علاقه جنسيه مع صديق وقامت بعمل عمليه اجهاض بعد ان اقنعت الشخص المرتبطه بيه انه الحمل منه ( لا يعرف هذا الشخص المجنون اي حاجه عن علاقاتها الاخري ، اظن الام تعلم ومطرمخه ، ترفض ايمان قطع علاقتها معه لانه يساعدها شويه ماديا ، وكمان لان علاقتها بيه سمحالها بالعك ، ) ولها علاقه بصديقه عكاكه بتجيبلها الرجاله وغالبا مستفيده من وراها بفلوس ، حاليا هي وقفت كل العلاقات بالرجال الا صديقها المجنون لكن مديرها في شغلها الجديد يعلم عن علاقاتها من زميلة لها عكاكه برضو وطلب منها صراحه انه ينام معاها وطلبت منها رفض ذلك او تأجيله لحين مقابله د نبيل لانها بدات بهذا الشكل في رأيي خطوات للجنس التجاري ، بالفعل نامت معاه وزودلها المرتب ٢٥٠٠ جنيه ، المطلوب من د نبيل مراجعه القصه ، التدخل الدوائي واظن محتاجه فلونكسول وبريانيل ( كنت بديها ديباكين ودوجماتيل شهر ومعملش حاجه ) واظن محتاجه بوضوح تدخل للام وتشيل معانا الموضوع وقطع العلاقه مع المجنون والصديقه وتغيير الشغل ، حاله صعبة ٤/٧/٢٠١٨ بمراجعة الاعراض والتاريخ فيه هي كانت كويسة ومستقرة زوجيا حتى سن ٢٨ سنة ومع وجود تاريخ الإيحاءات الجنسية القديم ،احتمال انها تكون أتورطت في نمط حياة جنسي مستمرة اقرب للإدمان و حتى الان لانه لايوجد أعراض اخرى واضحة، باستثناء الاندفاعية الجنسية والتقلب المزاجي ، اقترح زيادة الديباكين او استبداله بتجريتول جرعة كبيرة لسبط الاندفاعية وإعطاءها سيبرالكس لتحسين المزاج وإضعاف الرغبة الجنسية والشغل معها مثل شغل الادمان لضبط السلوك القهري الجنسي تاريخ الزيارة : 24/2/2019 مازال السلوك الجنسي مستمر . الامور واضحة بانه سلوك إدمان مع وجود تقلبات مزاجية خاصة بأضطراب الشخصية ( نشاط تحت هوسي ) حاليا بتقطع علاقتها مع المجنون ودخلت في علاقة شاب الزيارة 20-9-2018 الملخص : لا تزال علي نفس شكل العلاقات / لم تدخل في شكل تجاري تركت العمل القديم الاولاد متضررين من سلوكها وكلبت رؤيتهم هنجرب
