واخ، الاب مدرس وسلبي، الام مدير مالي ومشغولة بعليتها، وهي خريجة هندسة وتعمل في التسويق الاليكتروني والقانون، وتعيش مع الاسرة في بور سعيد، واتصلت لأنها اضطراب شخصية حدية وقلق واكتئاب واضطراب انتباه وقد بدأت العلاج منذ سنة دون فائدة، وقد بدأت الحالة المرضية في عمر 26 سنة بمشاعر خنقة وفقدان الفرح والغضب المستمر والشك في الاخرين وتركت شغل الهندسة وبدأت تشتغل اونلاين لكن مع شعور بلا معني ومش عارفة عايزة ايه وبدأت تتحول من شغل الي شغل وهكذا وكانت ناجحة رغم ذلك، ثم منذ سنتين تقدم لها عريس جاهز ورفضته وهاجمتها الام بعنف شديد واكتأبت اكثر وبدأت العلاج وشخصت اضطراب شخصية حدية ثم معالحة اخري ثم طبيب ثم طبيبة واخذت برنتلكس 20 مجم واتحسنت ولكن ذهبت الي طبيب اخر وخوفها بسبب كلامه في الجنس، وحاليا ً بكاء، وكوابيس، وخوف من الرجالة، وكانت في علاقة سيئة مع الاب والام ولكن تحسنت مع العلاج، كما انها تعرضت للتحرش من الخال ولم تخبر الام لخوفها منها، كما انها مع المرض فقدت اصدقائها تدريجيا ً، ويبدو ان موضوع التحرش اصابها بصدمة اعاقتها!!. ١٤/١٢/٢٠٢٤ بمراجعة تاريخ الحالة اتضح انها منذ الطفولة كانت شديدة العصبية والاندفاعية والاشتباك مع الاخرين وكذلك كانت تقص شعرها عندما تغضب تعور جلد وشك وكذلك تجد صعوبة في متابعة شرح المدرسين، ولكن كان ذكاءها يعرض كل ذلك وكان الاهل يعتقدون انها محسودة ولم تبدا العلاج النفسي الا في عمر ٢٦ سنة عندما نبهتها اختها لذلك والاعراض الحالية نوبات غضب وتعور نفسها بالضوافر وانقطاع العلاقات الاجتماعية حتى مع الاقارب مع سرعة الانفعال وعدم الاستقرار في الشغل بسبب الزهق ، صعوبة التركيز والخمول والبكاء وتقلب مزاجي انقباض والقلق المعمم سهولة الانجراح وتسارع القلب والغثيان واوجاع جسدية والارق والسلوكيات الوسواسية مثل التكرار والتاكد والتوتر والتململ ويمكن تشخيصها اضطراب الانتباه فرط الحركة وربما يكون ذلك هو ما بدا الاندفاعية والعنف منذ الطفولة ولكنها طورت اعراض اضطراب شخصيةحدية مع التحرش وطبعا اضطراب القلق المعمم مع الاكتئاب ومشاكل العلاقات وعدم الاستقرار في العمل وهي حاليا على برنتلكس٢٠ سوف تضيف له بوسبار ٢٠ مع جنكو وتكمل مع ام كلثوم او عبير للشغل على كل ذلك ١١/١/٢٠٢٤ الانتباه افضل وتشتغل ساعات طويلة، ومزاجها اتحسن والضيق اقل، والكلام مع الاخرين افضل واطول واقل زهقا، والانفعال افضل وتنظيم المشاعر افضل، واكثر هدوء، ولم تعور نفسها، وعموما فيه تقدم كبير، وقد ذهبت إلى ام كلثوم وانزعجت جدا لانها حكت لها عن مريضة اخرى وكذلك ان معالج تحرش بمعالجة اخرى وحكت لها عن مشاكلها مما أرعبها ثم في الجلسة الثانية اتاخرت عليها اكثر من نصف ساعة ولم تحضرها، ولن تذهب اليها، ٢٢/٣/٢٠٢٥ مازالت متحسنة بالذات في التركيز والفوقان والشغل وحصل تحسن كبير في الشغل (تسويق وستايلنج) وبدات تحوش ومبسوطة جدا، وحكت مع اخوتها على موضوع الخال المتحرش ولكن لم تحك للام تجنبا للمشاكل والتوقعات السيئة، ويوجد شخص مزعج يحتك بها، وحاولت أطمئنها، وراجعت معها موضوع البوردرلاين لاني اشك في وجوده
