لأختين واخين، الاب توفي 2010 وكان مدير عام تأمين، وهي اداب فلسفة، تربوية، تزوجت 1985 من لواء مهندس، ومعها ولد وبنت 38 سنة و 34 سنة، وجاءت الابنة اولا اشتكت انها تترك البيت وهي نائمة وتصرخ، وحكت انها تزوجت ابن الجيران في عمر 23 سنة وعاشت طول حياتها تخدمة وتخدم امة ومع نهاية خدمته العسكرية اشتغل مع الجيش واغتني وشقق واملاك وعربيات وبدأ يتغير ومنذ 4 سنوات توقف عن التواصل جنسيا ً واصبح يقض كل الوقت بعيدا عن البيت، ومنذ 10 شهور كانت في عمره معاه وعرفت انه متجوز عليها منذ 3 سنوات واشترى لها شقة ب ١٥ مليون وعربيات، ثم اعترف ليها بعدين وانهارت الست وعنف وشتيمة وطلقها وقعد تحت رجليها وبدأت تتعالج واتحسنت تدريجيا ً ولكن في 30 يونيو منذ 3 شهور اكتشفت انه مازال معاها وبعدها تعبت جدا ً وبدأت تعاني من نوبات انشقاقية وقام الرجل بتطليقها بعد تردد طلقة بائنة كبير ولكن غير مصدقة، وحاليا ً غير قادرة علي التوقف عن حكي الموصوع بتفاصيلة، وعدم قدرة علي التوقف واحيانا ً انشقاقية، والتشخيص اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة وسوف تأخذ بروزاك 20*2، بوسبار 10 مجم وريسبيردال Diagnosis/Notes Social أ. شيماء 4-11-2024 فاتن قابلتها 4 مرات تواصلت مع دكتور نبيل وغير حاجة في الدواء علشان تنام، ابنها بيقول ان النوبات اللي بتجيلها قلت كتير بعد تعديل الدواء، بحاول اعمل معاها تنفيس للمشاعر والغضب وضيق وبكاء طول الجلسة، عليها لكن الاقتراب من الموضوع بتصرخ وتخبط وتغضب جدا، وحاليا على بروزاك واولابكس ٢.٥ وبوسبار شيماء هى افضل اشتغلت EMDR اهدى شويه لكن ليس لديها رغبه فى العلاج بسبب انها حاسه بخوف شديد وعدم امان ان الزوج هيرجع للبنت تاتي الزوج دخل لى من غير الابن ومدام فاتن وقالي انه فعلا عايز يرجع للبنت اللي كان اتجوزها عرفي لانه عايز يشوف نتيجه اللي عمله وتربية ابناءها اليتامى وانه مش قادر يتحمل الزوجه وتعبها النفسي وانه كمان تعبان وعايز يتعالج مع د نبيل الابن محمد متطمن ويطمن مدام فاتن ان الاب مش هيرجع للبنت تانى ولكنه ايضا مش قادر يتحمل الكلام الكثير والخناق طول الوقت ومدام فاتن اهدى لكن رافضه تكون اهدى معاهم لانها متخيله ان كده بتحافظ على بيتها وأولادها واحفادها من تصرفات زوجها لانه لو اتطمن انها خفت وهديت هيروح يصرف الفلوس ويفضحهم ٣/١٢/٢٠٢٤ غم التحسن مازالت تشعر بعدم امان خطير لدرجة تهدد بقتله وفي محاولة للفهم اتضح انها انتقلت من بيت ميسور وعاشت مع رجل بتعبيرها خدامة لابيه وامه ولكنها كملت واستمرت كزوجة وام وموظفة كبيرة ولما اتغنى وبدات تحس بالراحة اكتشفت انه بيخونها ، وحكت انه من البداية لم يكن يحترمها ويعملها مشاكل ويتنمر عليها، ٣/١٢/٢٠٢٤ مقابلة مع الزوج اتضح انهما جيران ويعرفا بعض منذ الطفولة ثم احبا بعض وتزوجا وكذلك ان هذه السيدة بارانويد اصلا لدرجة ابعدت عنها كل الناس اخوته واخواتها ولدرجة وليس لها اصدقاء او اي حياة اجتماعية ولدرجة كانت تشكك بنتها في زوجها حتى من قبل الاحداث الاخيرة ورعبها الحالي ليس فقط على زوجها ولكن على زوج البنت وطبعا الرجل قاعدجنبها غير قادر حتى عن مقابلة
