تعمل ناقدة سينمائية، وتعيش مع اسرتها، هادئة وذات ملابس هادئة ووجه عبوس، تعاني من الوحدة والاحباط من تاخر الزواج والعباد الاجتماعي، والخوف والقلق واعراض اكتئابية وحياة خيالية مفرطة، تحتاج تدخل دوائي وربما جروب وفردي Diagnosis/Notes Social هي: من فترة مضغوطة، وبقيت مش عارفة اتعامل، مبقاش ليا اصحاب ومش حاسة ان حد بيحبني، ومتأخرة في الارتباط وده عامل مشكلة لاهلي، ومؤخرا عايشة في خيالات كتير، وده بقى مزعج، لدرجة اني بعمل حوارات مع ناس وأتكلم وارتبط واسيب واعمل مشاكل وكل ده خيالي، ، وعلاقات مش مستقرة وكلها من طرف واحد، ومش مستريحة لجواز الصالونات، ، Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up قابلتها ٤ مرات : اول مره كانت تشكك من جدوي ذهابها لطبيب ومنتظره حلول تقدم من المعالج ، رفضت تاخد دوا لانها تعبت جدا من السيبرالكس ،. وطلبت منها شويه حاجات تكتبها عن نفسها لفتح كلام ومعملتهاش ومجتش تاني غير بعد حوالي ٥ شهور وكتبت اللي كنت طالبه ساعتها لانها كانت تعبانه اكتر وعايزه اي حل وبلغتها اننا لازم ناخد دوا وانها مكتئبه بشكل محتاج علاج دوائي مش كلامي فقط وبعد عده محاولات اخترتلها لوسترال ٥٠ مجم واخدت نصف قرص وحصل تحسن ملحوظ كان مرضي ليها وفرق معاها ومع زياده جرعه الدوا لقرص كامل من تالت زياره وظهور اعراض جانبيه مثل صداع واضطراب النوم وكسل رفضت تماما اكمال العلاج الدوائي وكان موقفها سلبي من العلاج وطلبت منها مقابله د نبيل لتقييم الموضوع ، انا شايفها بنت صعبه ومحتاجه صبر ، ولو دخلت جروب دلوقتي هيكون محروق ، بفكر دلوقتي نطلب منها طلبات بسيطه تعملها وترجعلنا وهكذا لحد ما تفك شويه ونختار دوا خفيف اوي ومناسب ونشوف هي كمان عايزه ايه د بكر ١٩/٥/٢٠١٨ بمزيد من الفحص أظن انها تعاني اكثر من تفكير اكتئابي مزمن وانحرافات في التفكير تجعلها ترى نفسها والعالم بشكل غير مناسب، مثل عدم وجود أصدقاء رغم وجود أصدقاء أو الشك أو عدم النجاح، وحتى فقر التفكير والشعور بالامان وهكذا، و لذلك تحتاج الى تدخل معرفي واليات تصحيح معرفية وضبط وفحص معتقدات جوهرية ومواجهات جروب اكثر منها تنشيط اجتماعي ودوائي ٤/٣/٢٠٢٤ جاءت بعد عدة سنوات، والاب توفى منذ سنتين، وتاثرت جدا جدا، وحاليا منشغلة في الكتابة وتعمل في تنظيم المهرجانات واخيرا انتجت فيلم طويل مع حفظي وده خبر رائع ، والمشكلة انها مش مبسوطة وعصبية وحادة وكئيبة وحزينة، وتلام كثيرا على انها تاخرت في الارتباط او حتى لم تدخل في ولا علاقة، والاعراض الحالية سرعةالانفعال، سرعة الضيق، فقدان الثقة في الاخرين، بكاء، تقلب مزاجي، لوم النفس وانقباض، والقلق، وسهولة الانجراح، والشعور بالنقص والدونية والثقة في النفس، واعتقد انها تحتاج مضاد اكتئاب منشط مؤقت لانها مقبلة على احداث اجتماعية مهمة بسبب الفيلم، مع جلسات تنشيطية في اتجاه الايجابية
