سنة الاكبر لاخ واخت وخريجة بيزنس وكانت تعمل تسويق وتركته من عدة ايّام كما انها حكم باسكت وتلعب كذلك وعندها حياة اجتماعية قوية ومتنوعة، وكانت جاءت من قبل بسبب مشاكل سلوكية وكذلك تاريخ اصابة ومضاعفات في الساقين، وجاءت مع الاب والام للشكوى من العصبية والحساسية وخلافات مع الاب والام، وهي وأخوها بيتخانقو مع بعض وكذلك شعورها بالنقص تجاه موضوع رجليها، ،اما هي اشتكت من موضوع تشوه رجلها وكذلك شعورها بعدم المساواة مع الاخ وانها لاتخاذ ما يكفيها من فلوس، ومؤخرا اصبحت اكثر غضبا لدرجة اتخانقت مع الام والأصحاب، والاعراض الموجودة هي سرعة الانفعال، عدم الثقة، ضعف الشهية، البكاء، الخوف الشديد من الوحدة، الانقباض، الخوف، عدم الأمان، التوتر وسوف تاخذ نص سيبرالكس وتذهب لالفت، Diagnosis/Notes Social الام بدونها: نادين اتعرضت لحادثة وعمرها ١٣ سنة وعملت عمليات كتير في رجليها، وترقيع جلدي، والموضوع طول لان كان فيه تلوث واخدت تلات سنين عشان تخف وده اثر عليها جدا، وحاليا في بيزنس مودرن، وابتدت تصاحب ولاد وعرفت مؤخرا من صاحبتها انها راحت مع ولد البيت رغم انها مازالت فيرجين على حسب كلام صاحبتها، Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up 7/9/2020 حزينة وغاضبة تحدثنا في محاولة القيام بالأعمال التى تسعدها أو تشعرها بالقيمة، تكلمت عن علاقتها باللعبة الباسكت كتير، ومحاولة الرجوع للعب مرة أخرى فى فريق بإنتظام مع تحسن رجلها. وضع لستة بالمهام السارة مع وصف وتسجيل للمشاعر المصاحبة لكل مهمة الانتظام على الدواء ٢٥/١٠/٢٠٢٠ اشتغلت في مصنع أدوية وتعمل من الصبح لبليل وجاءت مع الام التي اشتكت انها تخرج في أوقات غير مناسبة وكذلك بتتكلم في أوقات كتير متاخرة وان ده غير مناسب ومن ناحية اخرى فيه مشاكل بينها وبين خالتها، كما ان الاب شايف انها احسن ومزاجها احسن والعلاقات احسن بينهم، تجاوزت كثيرا من مشاكلها الجسدية واصبحت تلبس ورايقة وبتلبس قصير، وهي رائقة ومزاجها حلو وعندها علاقات جيدة والمشكلة الوحيدة هي علاقتها بالام المحافظة على عكس الاب المتصالح مع الامر ٢٧/٢/٢٠٢١ لم تكمل مع الفت، وجاءت مع الاب والام التي اشتكت من عدم مساعدتها في البيت في الطبخ والغسل وعدم تفكيرها في الزواج، رغم انها بتخرج مع اولاد وبتحب وبتتحطم ومن الواضح انها معترضة على نمط حياتها اما هي فحكت عن صعوبتها في تعاملها مع مديرها، ومازالت تعمل في التحكيم مع صعوبات ايضا وهي رغم التطور الكبير في تقبلها لنفسها ونضجها تعاني من مزاج اكتئابي مع ملاحظة انها كانت على نص سيبرالكس ووقفته منذ ثلاث شهور. حاليا تعاني من مزاج اكتئابي ووحدة وفقدان ثقة في الاخرين ربما بسبب تاريخ العمليات الطويل والبكاء وسهولة الانجراح والشعور بالعناء وسوف تعود الو السيبرالكس وتكمل مع رحاب لمزيد من التوجيه وكذلك احتواء الام التقليدية جدا، ،
