Social	على طول مضايقة من الصيف ده وقلقانة، فجاة اضايق ونفسي يتكتم، وكنت مصاحبة لمدة سنة ونص وسبنا بعض في بداية الصيف، انقطعت شوية في الاول وبعدين بدات انزل وماما بدات تخرجني وكنت بروح الجيم، ومع بداية الدراسة بنتكلم مع بعض ورغم اننا مش مع بعض بتخانق معاه وبغير عليه، وانا اصلا كنت عايشة في نامبيا لسن عشر سنين وجئت مصر، ،

Follow Up	١٣/١٠/٢٠١٨ هذا ما كتبه بكر بدون تواريخ ( هي ٢/٢ اخ يدرس بكندا ، اب توفي وام قلقة ، جاءت تشتكي من اعراض اكتئاب وخوف وبكاء مستمر بعد انفصالها عن صديق ، اخذت مضاد اكتئاب وتحسنت ، بالفحص هي خريجة جديدة درست برمجه ، عندها صعوبات في الثقه بالاخرين وتقدير الذات و صورة النفس ، حضرت مرة جروب علاء ورفضت تكمل وطلبت منها ايجاد عمل او تدريب وتحسين دوائر الاصدقاء و العوده بعد ٦ شهور لنري) كانت عندي في ديسمبر ٢٠١٧ وتعبت جدا في مارس ٢٠١٨ وأخذت سيبرالكس بنصيحة الام وبعد ذلك ذهبت لبكر في شهر يونية وتحولت للجروب وذهبت لبكر اربع مرات ثم طلب منها تعود بعد ست شهور، وبالمراجعة وجد ان: - بتتخانق مع زميلها الإكس كتير لانه زميل وبتشوفه باستمرار ابتدت من مارس تنعزل تدريجيا وعصبية باستمرار وتعمل حاليا في السوشيال ميديا ومزاجها أفضل لانها بعيدة عنه منذ شهرين وبالفحص واضح انالحياة المبكرة في ناميبيا اورثتها سمات تجنبية لانها كانت تعيش في مجتمع مغلق وكذلك سمات دونية واعتمادية واقنعته باهمية الجروب وسوف تحضر ثلاث مرات ونشوف ٥/١/٢٠١٩ الأخ جاء لوحده يحكي عن مروره باكتئاب واتعالج وهو عايش في كندا وجاء يطمئن عليها ورغاي بشكل رهيب تاريخ الزيارة : 11/2/2019 د/محمد بكر كان عندها أعراض ocd (التأكد من باب الشقة والثلاجة ) زودنا السيبرالكس الي 15 جم وظهر تحسن وبتتابع هتبدأ شغل في مجال ال testing ومتحمسة حاسة أنها مهيبرة شوية من الدواء
