Summary	سيدة قوية عمرها ٤٤ سنة من جدة لأسرة حضرمية ومعها ماجستير اعمال وام لولدين. بنتين وتزوجت في عمر ٢٢ عاما وبعدها اكتشفت ان أمها ليست أمها وان أمها الحقيقية تركتها بعد الولادة لان الاب تزوج عليها، ويبدو ان قصة الام قد هزت مبدأ الثقة والأمن لديها تماما ثم انفجر موضوع الزوج وأصبحت تشك في كل شيء وهي اصلا شخص قوي ودقيق ، وقد تم تشخيصها اضطراب تكيف نوع القل وسوف تاخذ سيبرالكس واندرال وموتيفال عند اللزوم

Social	هيفاء سيدة تبلغ من العمر 43 عامًا ، متزوجة منذ عشرين عامًا، ولديها اربعة ابناء ، ولدين فى الجامعة وفتاه فى المرحلة الثانوية، وطفله تبلغ من العمر عامين ونصف، تعمل مدربة تنمية بشرية ، وتدرس ادارة اعمال ، حضرت تشكومن أن انهاء اثناء حضورها بالطائرة إلى مصر كانت تعانى من هلع شديد وحيث كانت تعانى من اسهال وترجيع ، وخنقه فى الصدر، ومش قادرة تعد على بعضها ، ورجفه، وبتكون مسيطرة عليها فكرة أنا مش عايزة أموت ، والخوف الشديد ، وقد حاولت شغل نفسها اثناء تواجدها بالطائة بذكر الاذكار اليومية والامساك بالزوج ، عقبها حاليًا انها مع أى خبطة تشعر برجفه وجنقه ، كما انها بقت عصبية جدا ، سهلة الاستثارة ، مزاجها حاد ومش قادرة تتحمل خالص أى مشاجرات أو ضغوط، رعب مفاجى دون سبب ، كما بدات . تذكر هيفاء أنها تعرضت منذ عامين ونصف لمشكلة مع الزوج حيث اكتشفت انه على علاقة بفتاه ومنذ عام ، وكانت صدمة كبيرة لها حيث كانت شديد التعلق بالزوج وكانت تعيش حياة مثاليه ، جدا كما اشارت انها من بعد هذا الموقف اصبحت تشك فى كلام الناس واصبحت ترى أن الناس من حولها كذابين ، وذلك على الرغم من ان الزوج رضاها بكل حاجة لدرجة خلها مراقبة على تليفونه، كما اصبحت تشعر بحاسية شديدة اتجاه الناس، ، تذكر هيفاء ان علاقتها قوية بالزوج على الرغم من عصبيته ، وطول لسانة ، وسرعة توترة ، وتذكر انه يواظب على سيبراليكس منذ عشرين عامًا وعند توقفه بيبقى ذى الهايج على الرغم من انه يأخذ جرعة بسيطة . تذكر هيفاء أنها شخصية قوية جدا تتفاخر بنفسها وترى أنها مثاليه وتحب التنظيم والترتيب والتدقيق ،.

Follow Up	٢/٣/٢٠١٩ موضوع الشك في الزوج اختفى تماما، والعلاقة بالزوج احسن وأنهت ولكن موضوع الطيارة مازال مزعج جدا وسوف تاخذ اندرال ٤٠مل وزاناكس ربع ونرفع السيبرالكس الى ٢٠ مل
