جاءت للإستشارة بخصوص علاقتها الزوجية, الزواج منذ 8 شهور, هو زميل عمل وعرفوا بعض من سنتين, بتشتكي انه عصبي جدا لدرجة انه ممكن يكسر حاجات في البيت وبيشرب حشيش ...أنا شايف إنه مفيش مشاكل كبيرة بينهم بس مفيش أرضية للحوار بينهم و بيعاندو بعض..أنا قولتلها ضروري تجيب جوزها المرة الجاية لما تقابل د.نبيل عشان محتاجبن تفاصيل منه برضه نبيل هي من المنصورة لأب قاض وام كانت مدرسة وحاليا ست بيت، وأسرتها منغلقة الى حد ما، وهو من سوهاج ولأسرة قضائية أيضا ولكنها اكثر اجتماعية والاب بارانويد وكثير الانتقاد والتقطيم، ويعيشان معا في اكتوبر وتزوجا من تسع شهور ولَم ينجبا حتى الان، وقررا طلب المساعدة بعد حدوث عنف اكتئابي منذ اكثر من سنتين مع ملاحظة ان الاب كذلك بارانويد، ويعاني كذلك من الشعور بالدونية، مع ملاحظة انه ذهب لأطباء نفسيين من قبل ولَم يسترح، وقد بدات الحالة منذ سنتين بعد مشاكل مع خطيبته السابقة وتعرضه لضغط نفسي شديد واتنصب عليه من دكتور واتعمل له قسطرة قلب وشعر بالخديعة والدونية وانه خايب، وسوف يأخذ ابيكسيدون وسيبرالكس وهي تعاني فقط من التوتر والإرهاق النفسي مع صعوبات التركيز والتذكر، ،ويكمل ومحترمة وهو قاس واعتدى عليها جسديا من قبل ودايما بيشوح رغم انه بطل ينفجر غضبا لكنه مازال بيغضب ومتكرر ٢٣/٤/٢٠١٩ وقفت السيبرالكس لانه معملش حاجة، وهو ماخدتش دوا لانه زعل مني عشان قلتله عندك مشكلة، ومازالو بيتلككوا لبعض جامد، واكتشفت انه بيشرب حشيش في البيت واتخانقوا جامد وزقها، وتاني يوم شدها من شعرها وزقها تاني، وراحت لأبيه وعمل صلح بينهم ورجعوا البيت ولكن العلاقة فاترة جدا وأبوها عايز يطلقها ومنتظرها قرارها، وهو رافض يأخذ الدوا ورافض ييجي العيادة، وسوف تحاول إحضاره معها على ان تتجنب وصفه بان عنده مشكلة وسوف احاول جرجرته للعلاج على انهما الاتنين محتاجين علاج، ،(طبعا هي احسن منه بكتير ومعاها دكتوراه قانون وهو معهوش وممكن يكون حاسس بالدونية تجاهها) ٢١/٥/٢٠١٩ خناقات تانية ومستمرة لدرجة انه نزلها من العربية ، وبعدين مرحتش تفطر عند اهله تاني يوم رمضان وحصل هجوم كبير عليها من الام بسبب ذلك وصل شبه تهديد بان الجوازة مش نافعة ثم حصلت مشاكل كثيرة بالذات من الاب والام الذين طلبا اكثر من مرة ان يترك البيت، وحاليا الاب رفع قضايا للنفقة والمؤخر والقائمة، وسوف تاخذ سيبرالكس وتحاول تكلمه لعل
