أيرلندا، متزوجة و لدبها ابن ٢٣ عاما، الإبنة الوحيدة لأب طيب كان يعمل طيار و أم طيبة متوفية منذ ٩ سنوات، تزوجت منذ ٢٥ عاما من مهندس بعد علاقة حب، حدث طلاق بينهم في عام ٢٠٠٧ لمدة عامين بسبب لومه دائما له على انها مقصرة و مش بتسمع الكلام، تزوج الزوج خلال السنتين من واحدة أخرى ثم انفصل عنها، و تم اعادة زواجهما مرة ثانية...هي حاليا عندها اعراض قلق اعتقد نتيجة ضغوطات كثيرة لإنها بتراعي والدها المسن و زوجها متطلب الى حد كبير بجانب ابنها و العمل... كتبتلها بوسبار و اندرال عند اللزوم (هي سيدة عصرية تماما تربت بشكل جيد على الحياة العصرية كامرأة قوية وملتزمة وعاملة وتركب خيل بشكل يومي ولديها كلاب وعندها دواير أصدقاء محل ثقة، واضح ان مصادر القلق قادمة من مصدرين تربيتها بطريقة جادة جدا ومستقلة ربما لانها كانت وحيدة والزوج كذلك شخص لوام ويبدو قلوقا أيضا وكثير الانتقاد، وأكثر محافظة منها وغير بالنكدية وانا ارى غير ذلك، وهو غير رومانسي وهي كذلك ولكنها تحتاج ذلك ٢٦/٣/٢٠١٩ جاءت وحدها وبتعيط اكتشاف نفسها وانها لديها شعور مفرط بالمسؤولية والقلق تجاه الفشل سواء في علاقتها بجوزها ودايما بتشيل الهم، واضح ان المشكلة دي موجودة فقط في الشغل وفِي علاقتها بزوجها وغير موجودة في علاقتها بأصدقائها وبالفحص الزوج هادي جدا ومتعاون وهي قلقة جدا وكمالية وتحتاج الى تظبيط معرفي وشرحت لها تمرين الإنصات الثلاثي لتمارسه مع الزوج ٢/٢/٢٠٢٠ جاءت بعد سنة تقريبا واشتغلت على نفسها كتير وحاولت تطور العلاقة مع الزوج هو دايما بيشتكي من عدم وجودها او انشغالها وكذلك هي علي عكسه نشيطه جدا واجتماعية وربما ذلك يضايقه ١٥/٢/٢٠٢٠ جاءت لوحدها بعد ان اتفقت معه ييجي معها وبالفحص واضح انها أرهقت واصبحت اكثر انسحابا وهو لانه مبيشتغلش وربما حاسس بدونية اصبح كثير اللوم وملاحق وبتحكي كتير على صراعهم حوالين الكلاب وانشغالها بيهم ويشغلهم وكمان حلو مقياس الرضا والمفروض ييجو مع بعض ٢٢/٢/٢٠٢٠ ياسر مهندس ٥٦ سنة رجل لطيف وحساس ويحكي بمشاعر عالية ودموع احيانا كان يملك شركة مقاولات وقفلها من اربع سنين، وحاليا يعمل بعض الوقت، وهو الاكبر له واخت تعليم عالي لاب كان لواء شرطة وام موظفة ، عاش في اسرة قاهرية شديدة الهدوء والتعاون والسلمية ويقول ان مشاكله بدات مع الزواج وانه لازم يصالحها سواء هو غلط او هي غلطت وانها بتخاصمه وتنفصل في غرفة لوحدها مع اَي مشكلة بالشهور وتمتنع عن عمل اكل او غسيل او اي مهام اخرى وبتعمل نفس الشيء مع الاقارب والآخرين (الاب والام كذلك) ، ومشكلة الكلب انه مبيحبش الكلاب وكمان مبتحميهوش ورائحته وحشة وبعدين سافر ورجع لقى كلب تاني ثم سافر عمرة ورجع لقى كلب ثالث وكمان بيهتم بالكلاب وبالآخرين اكثر مما تهتم به وكذلك غير مهتمة بنفسها كامرأة والحياة الجنسية سيئة جدا من اول الجواز ماعدا اول اربع سهور في اول الجواز وأول اربع شهور بعد الطلاق وانها لا تقبله في الفم أبدا وكذلك في الجنس مبتكونش معاه خالص ،، ،وبالنسبة للطلاق هي اللي طلبت الطلاق وكمان اَهلها طلبوا الطلاق وبإلحاح بسبب خلاف حول تصميم البيت وهم اللي رتبوا كل شيء وتزوج وكان مبسوط جدا ولكنه اكتشف انه مازال بيحبها وطلق الجديدة لانه أم صاحبة عمر كلمته وقالتله ان عمر متلخبط جامد في المدرسة،. رأح مطلق مراته ورجعها وبالفحص هو رجل لطيف وعاطفي ويرغب في حياة ممتعة وسلسة وهي بارانويد ولازم دوا ٧/٣/٢٠٢٠ هي لوحدها وهو رفض ييجي الا بعد تظبيطها علاجيا، وتشتكي من مبالغته في الشكوى وانه دايما مش سعيد وشكواه من الكلاب مبالغة لانها بعيدة
