Summary	مارجريت سيدة لبنانية عمرها 51 سنة، الاكبر لأخين، الاب توفي في 2019 وكان مهندس، والام توفيت في 2017 وكانت ست بيت، وهي هندسة زراعية ومدير اعلام اقليمي في الشرق الاوسط ولم تتزوج وتعيش في القاهرة منذ سنة ونصف لوحدها في الزمالك، وقد عاشت حياتها في لبنان وجائت الي مصر منذ يوليو 2023 للعمل والاستقرار، وقد بدأت العلاج النفسي من عمر 22 سنة ولكن لم تنظم ابدا واكتفت فقط بتعاطي البروزاك بنصيحة احد الاصدقاء الاطباء النفسيين، وتشتكي من نوبات اكتئاب متكررة لكنها غير قادرة علي تحديد الاوقات، ومنذ اكتوبر 2023 بدأت تكتئب وزاد وزنها 20 كجم وبدات تنعزل اجتماعيا ً وتدريجيا ً فقدت شغفها وطاقتها، وعادت للشرب بعد توقف 3 سنين (زجاجتين بيره وزجاجة واين)، وبدأت تعتمد تماما ً علي العمل اونلاين ولا تخرج من البيت الا للضرورة وحكت انها في عمر 14 سنة صدمت بسبب ان الام كانت علي علاقة برجل غير الاب وظلت مصدومة حتي كبرت ونضجت ومع مرض الام حصل تقارب شديد بينهما ولكن مازالت تعبانة مع مشاعر ذنب شديدة ومن المحطات المهمة شغلها في الامم المتحدة في 2010 وعندها انخفاض الغدة الدرقية وماشية علي التروكسين 50 مجم؟، وتشخيصها اكتئاب واخدت بروزاك ولكن زهقت ووقفته من 3 شهور ولم يحدث جديد، التشخيص اكتئاب القلق المعمم. وسوف تاخذ برنتلكس ٢٠ مل مع بوسبار ٢٠

Follow Up	٩/١٢/٢٠٢٤ تقدم بطيء حولي ٣٠% وفي تحسن، اكثر حيوية في الاستمتاع والنشاط والهدوء ولكن القلق مازال شغال مع اجترار شديد واشتكت من القلق المعمم المفرط وكذلك شخصيتها الوسواسية وسوف تبدا جلسات مع محمود سعد للشغل على القلق والوسواس القهري، ١٠/٢/٢٠٢٥ غم تحسنها المتوسط مازالت تعبانة وتبذل مجهود فايق للقيام بالمهام اليومية ومازالت تشرب زجاجة ونصف يوميا وحاليا على برنتلكس ٢٠ وبوسبار ٢٠، واتفقنا بعد نقاش انها تاخذ مورفولوك وسيروكويل وجنكو وتكمل على البرنتلكس ٢٠ والبوسبار ١٠ حاليا ١٧/٣/٠٢٥ بطلت منذ ثلاث اسابيع ودون اي مساعدة دوائية ومن مراجعة التاريخ اتضح انها لا تسكر أصلا ولا تحب الكحول وانها تشرب فقط تداوي ذاتي عندما تتعرض لضغط واخر ضغط هو الانتقال إلى مصر وكانت اول مرة تترك بلدها إلى بلد آخر ولكنها موخرا اصبحت اكثر تفاعلا واجتماعية وتالفا وتعمل افطار وتحضر إفطارات والغريب انها تعزم ناس عندها في البيت ويشربون وهي لا تشرب، وهي زي الفل ١١/٦ زي الفل، واضفت للبرنتلكس سيبرالكس بسبب العصبية والقلق
