عامًا، متزوج منذ 17 عامًا ويقيم في منطقة العرم، يعمل كصيدلي ويمتلك صيدلية بالإضافة إلى شركة مستحضرات تجميل. يعاني منذ أربع سنوات من انقطاع كامل في العلاقة الجنسية مع زوجته، وقد تبين من خلال التقييم أن السبب الرئيسي وراء هذا الانقطاع يعود إلى شعوره المتكرر بالتوتر والقلق أثناء محاولة إقامة العلاقة الجنسية، حيث تزداد لديه ضربات القلب ويشعر بتعرق مفرط وصعوبة في التنفس، وذلك نتيجة ما وصفه بكثرة تعليقات زوجته السلبية أثناء العلاقة، مما يؤدي إلى فقدان تركيزه وتزايد شعوره بالفشل والحرج. كما لوحظ أن هذه الأعراض لا تقتصر على المواقف الحميمية فقط، بل تمتد أيضًا إلى المواقف الاجتماعية المختلفة، حيث يعاني من توتر شديد يظهر في صورة تسارع في ضربات القلب، تعرق، وضيق في التنفس، مما يشير إلى وجود أعراض متوافقة مع اضطراب القلق الاجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى وجود قلق أداء جنسي واضح. لا توجد مؤشرات حالية على وجود مشكلات عضوية، ومن المرجح أن يكون الجانب النفسي هو السبب الأساسي في الأعراض المذكورة. بناءً على ما سبق، تم تشخيص الحالة مبدئيًا باضطراب القلق الاجتماعي مع قلق أداء جنسي، وقد تم تحويل الحالة إلى الدكتور نبيل قط لاستكمال التقييم النفسي ووضع خطة علاجية متكاملة تشمل العلاج المعرفي السلوكي للفرد، والتدخل الزوجي لتحسين التواصل داخل العلاقة، مع النظر في إمكانية دعم الحالة دوائيًا إذا استدعى الأمر ذلك ١٤/٤/٢٠٢٥ جاء بصحبت الزوجة التي اكدت نفس الكلام واضافت انها عانت اولا من تشنج مهبلي لمدة ثلاث سنوات ثم عالجت الأمر بمساعدة طبيب نسا ولكن كان سمير قد فقد رغبته في الأمر بالإضافة إلى انشغالها الشديد بموضوع الانجاب، وحتى بعد حل المشكلة مازالت تعاني من التوتر عند اقتراب الايلاج لدرجة انها تصر ان تدخله بنفسها لانها تكون خايفة وتدريجيا بدأ يخاف من الجنس ويفقد الرغبة فيها حتى انه تزوج عرفي منذ ست شهور لكي يختبر نفسه وكان يمارس بشكل عظيم وطلقها لانه لايرغب في الاستمرار بشكل عرفي، ومازال يرغب في الاستمرار ورغم تحسن العلاقة بينهما لان رشا تحسنت كذلك بعد ذهابها إلى دكتورة خلود إلا ان موضوع الجنس لم يتحسن وبالمراجعة اتضح انه بالإضافة إلى مشاكل الزوجة ومشاكله الجنسية بدأ في ٢٠٢١ مع كورونا وازمة الدولار وغلق الاستيراد يدخل في اكتئاب بالإضافة إلى القلق من الجنس وفقد رغبته في الخروج ومقابلة الأصدقاء واغلق كل شغله وهو والزوجة لا يعملان ويعيش على ايجار عدة عقارات والاعراض الغالبة ، ميل إلى العزلة والاكتئاب والنوم المفرط والوحدة ويعاني بالإضافة من دهون عالية وكذلك السمنة وسوف ياذ ديبراتويكس
