Summary	جاءت منذ ست سنوات وكان المكتوب عنها كالتالي : 7 /2016 الأنسة/ سلمى ح 20 1996 (طويله بكل ملفت ومهندمه)، حقوق E، تعيشمع الأب والأم والأخت الأكبر، الأخ متزوج. شكوى المريض: مش عارفه، بعيط كتير، مش مبسوطه، مش عارفه آخد قرارات، ماعنديش طاقة، ماما وبابا على طول بيتخانقوا، رحت لدكتور نفسيه وآخدت لسترال شوية ووقفته. التعقيب: الأختبارات: - Paranoid, Inadequate features, Fatigue, Lazy, Illusion fears, Crying, Oppression, Anxiety, Lack of interest, References, Depression, Anxiety. تم الاتفاق على: - علاج نفسى مع جاكلين. R\ Cipralex 10 mg 1\2x1- Apexidon 0.5 mg. ١٠/١ فسخت خطوبتي وعرفت حد تاني من ست شهور، وبابا وماما لسه بيتخانقوا، وحملت من صاحبي وسقطه، لأني بحبه جدا، شكلها واثقة ومصدقة اللي بتعمله، حاسة اني لوحدي في اللي حصل، هو ٢٢ سنة، وبيحترمها ولكن بيشرب حشيش وهي احيانا بتشرب معاه، انا خايف عليها من العك واعتقد انها محتاجة دعم وتوجيه، ( انا خنت خطيبي وأخويا خان مراتة وأختي بتعرف حد على جوزه، فيمكن اللي انا فيه ده حاجة في العيلة) احتمال تطور لبوردرلاين ومحتاجة فحص أعمق وطويل ومعرفة بتفاصيل الحياة لحمايتها من التطور ده، وطبعا عايزه تكسر القواعد معايا وعايزه تليفوني ونبقى اصحاب!!! 14/2 مازالت أعراض البارانويا، والبوردرلاين والقلق، والاكتئاب، ولا تأخذ أدوية، تشعر بالوحدة في البيت وخارج البيت، طلبت منها تسيب الولد وتركز على نفسها وقالت انها لاتسطيع لانها تحبه، !،

Follow Up	٦/٧ جاءت بعد ست سنوات وتاريخ طويل من العك الجنسي والحشيش، ولا تعمل منذ سنة، وتقضي وقتها بين خطيبها واهلها واصحابها، وفي علاقة مستقرة منذ سنة ونصف وفي النص دخلت في علاقة مع المدير، وتركته، ثم خطبت للصديق منذ خمس شهور (هو عميل في العيادة ويعالج من الاكتياب والصدمة وهو شخص محترم وجاد حسب كلامها) وسوف تتزوج في فبراير، وجاءت لانها تريد ان تحكي وتراجع ما حدث معها، ولانها غير قادرة على تجاوز الشعور بالذنب وانها وحشة، رغم انها اتحسنت كتير واكثر نضجا وتحملا للمسؤولية وتنظيم المشاعر واقل اندفاعي،استعادت مجموعة علاقات جيدة مع ملاحظة ان الاب والام عايشين مع بعض ولكن منفصلين بشكل غير رسمي والاب عمره ٦٨ سنة وسيتزوج بنت خاله،وبالفحص هي افضل كثير من ذي قبل واكثر استقرار عاطفيا ولكنها محتاجة دعم وتوجيه من شخصية ذات حضور والدي مثل رحاب او كيرلس وربنا معاهم ٢٧/٩/٢٠٢٢ الامور مستقرة، وعلاقتها بعمر جيدة ولكن تشعر بصعوبة في التواصل وانه مش بيسمع كويس، كذلك اكتشفت ان عمر بيعرف واحدة تانية وهو نفى ذلك وقالها دي واحدة قديمة، وتشتكي انها عصبية ومع العصبية بتتعب، و
