Summary	مصطفي رجل عمره 31 سنه ، الأصغر لأخ وأخت ، الأب توفي في 2017 وكان دكتور نسا ، الأم ست بيت ، وهو طبيب نسا ، ولم يتزوج ، ويعيش مع الوالده ، فاقوس . وجاء لأنه يتعرض لقلق شديد جدا قبل الامتحان لدرجة اخر امتحان من شهر ، الدكتوراه لم يدخل رغم انه مذاكر ، وفي 2018 ذهب الى طبيبه نفسية ، وشخصته اكتئاب مزمن واعطته انيكسور ولم يكمل لأنها طالبته تكيف نفسه على ذلك . ورغم لديه اصدقاء لكن يقابلهم بشكل غير منتظم بسبب التباعد . وكان مرهق جدا في استخراج المعلومات وكثير الاسهاب والتردد واخيرا وصلنا انه بدأ نقص في الشغف والحماس والأنشطه منذ 4 سنوات ، لكنه ايضا عاش مع اب كمالى ويطلب الكماليه منه لدرجه والولد في خامسه ابتدائي وطلع الخامس على المدرسه وغضب منه وساب البيت – ويبدو انه شخص اعتمادى ومرتبك وشديد القلق بسبب ذلك مع لخبطه تفكير ومحاوله للفهم المعمم للأشياء ، ويوجد اعراض انتباه كثيرة ترقي الى التشخيص ، مع اكتئاب متوسط مستمر منذ 3 سنوات وقلق موقفي شديد .

Follow Up	٢٣ -١ علاء مدخلش الامتحان بسبب القلق وده اللي جابه رغم انه مذاكر وعنده القلق من زمان وخايف يكبر ويبقي استشاري وكان عايز يستقيل من الجامعة بسبب الضغط وكان في علاقة عاطفية وسابها أسبوعين وعمل اختبار لسمات الشخصيه وطلع إنه أقرب الي الشخصيه الاعتماديه مع وجود سمات تجنبيه ووسواسيه ١٦ مارس ٢٠٢٤ علاء حجز للامتحان في مايو الجاي وبدأ تظهر عليه أعراض القلق والاكتئاب والنوم الكتير وضيق وحاسس إنه مضغوط وخايف من الامتحان وهو حاليا محتاج دواء عشان القلق وعشان يحسن التركيز وميعرفش يعمل اكتر من حاجه في نفس الوقت ، اللي شاغله دلوقتي هو الامتحان ١٨/٣/٢٠٢٤ نبيل سوف ياخذ برنتلكس ١٠ واتوموكس ٢٥ ثم ٥٠ واندرال عند اللزوم ٨/٤/٢٠٢٤ حاليا على برنتلكس ١٠ واتوموكس ٦٠ ولكن لم يؤثر الدوا بعد، وحكى عن نفسه انه شخص مسالم زيادة عن الللزوم وخمول وهاديء من الطفولة واحيانا يهمل في حقوقه بسبب ذلك وغالبا لذلك علاقة بتربيته مفرطة الحماية ولذلك يحتاج الى التدريب على التوكيد واتخاذ موقف وممكن الحروب يساعده في ذلك، ٦/١١/٢٠٢٤ عموما احسن ودخل امتحان ونجح في امتحان الكتابة ولكن اتوتر جدا في الشفوي وحكى كثيرا عن شغله وتفاعلاته وعلاقاته داخل الشغل ولكنه وحيد مازال ، وقف البرنتلكس منذ شهر وسوف يعود اليه مرة اخرى ويوقف الاتوموكس وسوف يستمر على برنتلكس عشرة
