Summary	محمد رجل عمره 35 سنة، الاول لأخ واخت، الاب توفي 2019، وكان مدير شركة والام موظفة وهو هندسة كهرباء، ويعمل مهندس جودة وجاء يهمهم بكلام كتير اغلبى تسابيح مع حركات باليدين، ومنذ 4 سنوات زادت الاعراض بشدة وبدأ يشتكي من ناس تراقبة وتنصب عليه وانه سيبقي رئيس (المعلومات محدودة والاخت لا تعرف شيء)، ودخل ابو العزايم شهر واخد جلسات كهرباء وادوية بلا تحسن او تحسن خفيف، ثم غيرو الطبيب بسبب الاعراض الجانبية (شخص فصام)، وحاليا ً علي البالوران، واكنيتون، وابيكسيدون، وبمراجعة الاخ الاصغر بالتليفون اتضح ان محمد ترك الاسرة في السويس في عمر 18 سنة وعاش مع الجدة للدراسة في الاسكندرية ثم تخرج وعمل هناك ولم يعد الي الاسرة الا في 2021 عندما ظهر عليه التعب وبالتالي من الممكن ان يكون بدأ المرض منذ سنوات طويلة حتي تفاقم في اخر 3 سنوات، وتم الاتصال بالجدة التي نفت ظهور اي اعراض نفسية قبل 2021، لكنه بعد وفاة الوالد في 2019 اكتئب وقعد فترة طويلة شهور في السرير ثم دخلت كورونا والتشخيص غالبا ً فصام، وسواس قهري، اضطراب ضلالي، مع ملاحظة ان الام بارانوية والعم ابن العم مرضي نفسيين؟

Follow Up	علاء ٢٣ مارس ٢٠٢٥ الأخت : هو بدأ يصلي ويسبح كتيير من في ٢٠١٩وعزله زادات وكان عايش في اسكندريه مع جدته وكان شغال كويس واتنصب عليه في فلوس كتيير تقرب من مليون جنيه ولاحظنا انه مش بيركز معانا في الكلام وأتنقل القاهره من سنتين ثلاثه وفيه شكوك ان الناس بتراقبه من المخابرات وانه هيبقي انه رئيس والناس كانت بتشتغله وتستغله وراح لدكتور عكاشه وكان ماشي علي هالدول كل شهر واولابكس واكتينون وهالونيز وفافرين ١٠٠ ودخل ابوالعزايم في ديسمبر ٢٠٢٢ وقعد شهر ونص واخد جلسات كهربا عشان كان بيمضي علي نفسه إيصالات امانه المريض : بيتمم ويسبح مع نفسه وبيقول انه بيسمع اصوات رجاله بيعلقوا علي تصرفاته ويقولوا له انت صح وانت غلط بقاله سنتين ومبيرحش الشغل من سنه ونص او سنتين وبياخد مرتبه كامل واصحابه شايلينه في الشغل يعاني من زيادة الوزن وبيخرج يتمشي احيانا مع والدته تخوفا من حد يستغله علي الاغلب فصام ٦ ابريل ٢٠٢٥ علاء لازال بيتكتم بصوت عالي
