Summary	22 / 10 /2016 الأنسة/ سارة ا 22 (٢٥/٩/١٩٩٤) (فتاة عادية بملابس عادية تيشيرت وبنطلون وغير محجبة والأم منقبة ؟!!)، السن تركى، لاتعمل، تعيش مع الجدة فى القاهرة للدراسة والأم والأخين الأصغر فى فاقوس والأب متوفي من عشر سنين. شكوى المريض: كان عندى مشاكل من صغرى، بس مؤخرا ً حياتى وقفت، بخاف من الخروج وبحس بعدم أمان، وبتوتر من الأماكن المزدحمه، وأغسل الحاجة كتير، بخاف من الحشرات جدا ً، بطلت أكلم صحابى. شكوى المبلغ: (الأم) بترفض إنها تنزل، خايفه فجأة وأعصابها مشدودة، بدأت تقرف وسواس من كل حاجة. التعقيب: - واضح إن الأسرة قلوقه جدا ً وزرعوا الخوف جواها. الأختبارات: - Misinterpretation, Schizoid, Borderline traits, OCP, Self mutilation, Anger, Fatigue, Lazy, Anxiety, Social, Lack of interest, Fear. - شابه 22 سنة، السن تركى، نشأت بفاقوس وتعيش فى القاهرة مع الجدة للدراسة,كانت شخصية إنطوائية وخجول تطورت الحالة منذ سنة بعد التخرج إلى عزلة إجتماعية وقلق إجتماعى شديد، وفقدان الأهتمام وزيادة الوزن 15%، وزيادة فى أعراض الوسواس. - المريضة تحتاج إلى علاج دوائى وتدخل علاج جمعى وفردى. - Anxiety and Dep- Schizoid, OCP. R\ Prozac 20 mg 1x2. 26/11 احسن كتير وأقرب وأهدأ وراحت الجروب وما عجبهاش، بقيت بتكلم ومبسوطة رغم ان الجرعة قليلة جدا، والوسواس اقل ولكن الخروج من البيت لِسَّه ولازم حد يحرج معاها ومتوترة اتفقت معاها تحضر زومبا بدل الجروب ، وبتشتكي من أمها انها دايما ع النت الأم لوحدها، تشعر بالذنب تجاه بنتها وحكت انها ترملت من عشر سنين وتحملت المسؤولية وحدها، ٢٤/١٢ احسن كتير ورجعت البلد وأعصابها وبدات تهتم واتكلمت مع صحابها عن تعبها النفسي ومتحمسة جدا للدراسة، وقدمت على كورس انجليش، ومطلوب تمشي يوميا لمدة نص ساعة، مفروض تبتدي تشوف عرسان، وتحضر DVt ، واشتكت انها مبتعرفش تعبر عن مشاعرها emotional intelligence ومطلوب البحث عن شغل ٤/١١ مازالت كويسة ولكن وقفت الدوا من شهرين، وتعبت شوية، ورجعت للدوا خفيف ولكن بدات تلعب رياضة واتحسنت ووقفت الدوا تاني، سوف تأخذ بروزاك كل يومين، مطلوب support therapy في المرحلة الحالية

Follow Up	١٨/١١/٢٠٢٤ جاءت بعد ثمان سنوات، اتعرضت لظلم في التعيين ورفعت قضية وكسبتها وحاليا مدرس مساعد في الجامعة،. وتعيش مع الاسرة في النزهة، وبقت اجتماعية وثقة في النفس ولكن اصبحت واعية بالمسافة بينها وبين الام والاخوة وانها لا تنتمي لهذة الاسرة (الام تقليدية ومحدودة والاخوة محدودين وذكوريين) لدرجة تكره ترجع البيت ولكن كانت الامور ماشية وعاملة لنفسها عالمها الخاص ولكن من ٣ سنين اتعلقت بالعميد عاطفيا (لانها دائما بتحب الرجالة الكبار) وتدريجيا اصبح حب مرضي من طرف واحد وهو رجل متزوج وعنده اسرة واصبحت حياتها متوقفة عليه، كلمة ابتسامة رد واصبحت مكتئبة اغلب الوقت. وكذلك عندها بلوك عاطفي مع الام (اتضح ان الاب كان طول عمرها مريض وكانت الام والاخوة والاسرة كلها في حالة اضطراب شديد واهملوها تماما بالاضافة الى الذكورية من الام والاخوة)
