Summary	أولا: البيانات العامة الاسم: منة الله سيد السن: 23 سنة المستوي الدراسي : طبيبة امتياز بالدمرداش، بالسنة الاولي بالشهر الثاني الترتيب بين الاخوة: الأولي من خمسة اشقاء الوضع الاسري: الاب : 65 سنه، مندوب مواد غذائية للسجون مقيم بالسعودية. الوصف: ناقد، شكاي. علاقته بمنه: سطحية. الام : 43 سنه، ربة منزل. الوصف: شخصية ضعيفة وسلبية. علاقتها بمنه: كانت سيئة وتحسنت منذ بداية العلاج النفسي. العلاقة بين الاب والام: - العلاقة بين الاب والام سيئة، الام مريضة اكتئاب وغير ملتزمة بالعلاج ومريضة فابيرو ماليجا. - العائلة مقيمة بالسعودية وكل ابن ينهي الثانوية العامة يعود للقاهرة، ومنة عادت مع الام لأبنها الابنة الاولي وحاليا ً لم يتبقي الا الاخ الاصغر مع الاب. تطور الأحداث ومعلومات, ذات دلالة: منة تعاني من اعراض قلق واكتئاب من العام الثاني من الكلية، في صورة كثرة التفكير والمزاج الاكتئابي، والاداء السيء في الكلية يصل الي درجة الرسوب بمواد، النوم الخفيف، التفكير في الموت دون محاولات، اهمال النزافة الشخصية وذهبت لعدة اطباء نفسيين وكانت غير ملتزمة علي جرعات الدواء والموصوفة والجلسات، حتي منذ عام ذهبت لدكتور أحمد سامي ووصف (ويلنتا 150 مجم، سيرليفت 100 مجم)، وجلسات نفسية مع (أ. نور)، وتحسنت منة بعد الانتظام عليهم في ادائها الجامعي والمزاج، وانتظمت عليهم ومع الامتحانات من شهرين وتقصيرها ببعض الواجبات الملتزمة بيهم مع المعالجة شعرت بالتعثر فوصف د. أحمد (تجريتول 200 مجم سي ار)، ومع عدم تحسنها زادت الجرعة لقرصين مما سبب لها عدم انتظام بالدورة الشهرية، ومع شكواها من الولنتا بعمل رعشة باليد وشعورها بالمزاج العسر وزيادة السيرليفت الي 200 مجم وعدم تحسن الاعراض بوجه عام قامت بأيقاف التجريتول من اسبوعين ولجأت لدكتور نبيل القط والذي وصف (بوسبار 15 مجم، سيرليفت 200 مجم)، لمدة شهر واخبر ان لم تتحسن سوف يضيف ايفيكسور. ٢٣/٦/٢٠٢٥ نبيل .تحسنت قليلا ثم انتكست مرة اخرى وحكت عن الاب البعيد وكثير الانتقاد والذي يتهم الابناء بالفشل دايماً وهو منذ سنتين لا يعمل وعايش في السعودية بلا عمل ويصرف من الرصيد

Follow Up	٢٣/٦/٢٠٢٥ نبيل تعاني من الاكتياب من عمر ١٥ سنة مزاج سيء وبكاء مستمر وفكر الاهل يعالجوها ثم كبرو دماغهم ومع الكلية استمرت الحالة وبدات العلاج في ثانية كلية واخذت بروزاك ولكن بدون انتظام ثم بدات علاج منتظم نفسي ومنذ سنة بدات ولنتا ثم سيرلفت، مع تحسن طفيف او تحسن وانتكاسة وحاليا تعاني من الخمول والحساسية وسرعة الضيق ورعشة بالجسم والقلق الاجتماعي، والدونية والشعور بالمراقبة واليأس والمعاناة في الحياة، والشعور كانها في حلم (استغراب الواقع) وسوف اكتب لها افيكسور
