اولاد وبنت، الاب تاجر ملابس، والام ست بيت، وهو خريج كومبيوتر ولا يعمل ولم يتزوج ويعيش في صنعاء منذ 5 سنوات وهو اصلا من تعز ثم ذهب للدراسة في الهند وعاد الي صنعاء ولم يجد عمل ويعيش مع الام وجاء مصر للعلاج، وقد بدأت في 2021 بأرق وتفكير مفرط وشخص قلق وذهان رغم عدم وجود اعراض ذهانية واخذ ريسبيردال 4 سنوات ثم بدأ يوقف الدواء تدريجيا ً ثم ذهب الي دكتور اخر وصف اولانزابين 5 مجم وقالة لتصليح الهرمون الغدة الدرقية، ومع مقابلة الاخ اتضح انه عاني في 2021 من اعراض ذهانية خفيفة مثل الخوف من التهكير والمراقبة واختفي مع الادوية ولكن استمر دوائيا وتعطل كثيرا ً ولم يعمل، واتضح انه شخص انطوائي يميل الي البارانوية ومع الهند زادت البارانويا وتركز علي الخوف من التهكير التي زادت بعد العودة الي اليمن وكان في حالة حرب، وبدأ يعاني من ضلالات اضطهاد واخد ريسبيردال ثم اولابكس وحاليا ً يعاني من الاحباط وخمول وزهق وبكاء وحزن ويمكن تشخيصة اكتئاب ما بعد الذهان وسوف يجلي مع علاء جلستين للتقييم ومراجعة التشخيص واوشوفة تاني Diagnosis/Notes Social Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ١٨ مايو ٢٠٢٥ علاء أقام بالهند في الفتره ٢٠١١ الي ٢٠١٨ درس خلالهم كلية كمبيوتر (برمجه) وهو شخصية انطوائية، وبعد عودته عمل بمحل ملابس لمدة ٣ شهور وأقام بالمنزل بدات الاعراض في ٢٠٢١ ارق وأحلام والتردد والعزلة وكثرة التفكير وشكوك انه متراقب وقلة النوم وشكوك بالاذي وراح لدكتور باليمن وكتب له ريسبيردال ٢ مجم واتحسن النوم والتفكير واستمر عليه اربع سنين حتي رمضان ٢٠٢٥ واستمرت العزله ومع توقفه عن الدواء عشان قرا عن اعراضه الجانبيه وخففه الي نصف قرص ٢ مجم مما دفع الأخ لاستشارة طبيب آخر ووصف اولانزابين ٥ مجم واستمر عليه شهرين ونصف ونزل مصر عشان يراجع الدواء ، اخوه الأصغر منه متجوز وبيشتغل مهندس ديكور، عنده احساس بالياس من انه مش عارف يشتغل بشهادته واتفقت معاه يبداً نشاط بدني من خلال الجيم واجتماعي من خلال القهوه ٢٥ مايو ٢٠٢٥ علاء اثناء إقامته بالهند في ٢٠١١ مجموعه من اصحابه المقيمين معه استخدموا اللاب بتاعه وكانوا بيعلموه عليه وحاولوا تهكير الجهاز (هما قالوا لي لو حد سالك من اللي هكر قول انت اللي هكرت) وجاله اعراض سوء التاويل(حاسس زمايلي زعلانين مني وانا منعزل عنهم وافتكرت ان ده بسبب التهكير) وكملت الدراسه وخلصت في ٢٠١٦ وفي الهند كان منعزل اغلب الوقت ويخرج لوحده، وكان مشغول بالتهكير وعاد الي اليمن. في ٢٠١٨ ولجا لطبيب عشان النوم والإحساس بالإرهاق والتفكير المفرط والإحساس بالتوريط ، حاليا ماشي من غير ادوية بقاله اسبوعين وبينام يوميا من ٨ الي ٩ ساعات وأكله كويس وبدا يخرج واتفقت معاه ياخد كورس اثناء وجوده في مصر او ينزل تدريب ١ -٦-٢٠٢٥ علاء علي الاغلب اضطراب ضلالي بياخد حذره من الناس وبيخاف يدي رقمه للناس عشان خايف اي حد يعمل تهكير ويقول انه هو اللي هكر، الافكار بقالها ١٥ سنه وحاسس ان فيه ناس بتلفق له تهمة التهكير ولما رجع من الهند في ٢٠١٨ بدأ يفسر الكلام غلط وبيشك لما اي حد ييجي يصاحبه او
