Summary	اميره سيده عمرها 32 سنه ، من سوهاج ، الرابعه لأختين وثلاث اخوات ، الأب توفى وعمرها 5 سنوات وكان نقاش في السعوديه ، الأم ست بيت ، وهى خريجه اداب ولا تعمل وتزوجت في 2016 من ابن العم الذى يعيش في اسكندريه ومعها ولد سبع سنوات وجاءت مع الأخ والأم للشكوى من لخبطه الأدويه وتعبها وشكاوى زوجها . وقد بدأت الحاله بعد الولاده بسنه ونصف بشكوك في ان الزوج واهله يتصنتون عليها وغضبت وعادت سوهاج مع الأهل والشيوخ عالجوها وعادت الى الزوج بعد 15 يوم وبعدها بسنه تعبت تانى ولكن بغسيل كتير وذهبت الى طبيب اخر وتم تشخيصها مره فصام ومره وسواس قهرى ، واخذت ادويه مختلفه ولكنها حالياً على رباجيلا 3مل وتعاني من تخشب وتململ ، وبمراجعه الأعراض لا اعتقد انها فصاميه او وسواسيه وانها شبه هاجرت من سوهاج الى اسكندريه

Follow Up	١٣/٢/٢٠٤ احسن كتير جدا ولكن مازالت مكتومة وسوف توقف الدواء نهائيا، وفيه احتمال ترجع اسكندرية للزوج الليلة مع شروط ، واشوفها اونلاين مع الزوج ٢/٣/٢٠٢٣ عن طريق التليفون؛ احسن كتير وعادت الى بيت الزوج والعلاقة مع الزوج افضل كثيرا ومع الحماة افضل كثيرا، وهي تقريبا خفت وتفكر في الحمل حاليا وحمد الله ع السلامة ٢٦/٢/٢٠٢٥ انفصلت عن عيلة الزوج والاكل وحدهم والأمور كويسة ومنذ ثلاث شهور اختلفت مع الزوج بسبب جلسات ليزر وبعدها بدات اتنرفز وتكلم نفسها وتهمل في البيت وغسيل أيد مفرط وانتكست مرة اخرى وبدات تخاف حد يسمعها ورافضة تاخذ الدواء وسوف تعود إلى البلد او امها تجيبها واشتكى الزوج بشكل عام انها لا تقوم بمهام البيت بشكل جيد وهو يعمل كثيرا ولا يجد مساعدة وكذلك مشغولة جدا ببشرتها وغسل الايدي المفرط وسوف تمشي على اولابكس ١٠ ٧/٥/٢٠٢٥ افضل كثيرا، ولكن انكار كامل للمرض وحاولت معها تفهم المرض دون فائدة وسوف تاخذ اولابكس خمسة مل
