Summary	30 سنه شغال مهندس كهرباء خريج هندسه القاهره قسم اتصالات ، غير متزوج ، الثالث من (4) أخ وأختين . الأب : طبيب أطفال ، الأم مهندسه معماريه وحالياً ربه منزل وهم مع بعض ساكن في المهندسين وشغال في مساكن شيراتون . الشكوى :- انا عندى تاريخ مرضى مع القلق والأكتئاب اول مره من 4 سنين بدأت علاج بروزاك واتحسنت جداً جداً لغايه دلواقتى بياخد الدوا . في النص حاولت اوقف ومانفعش ورجعت للدوا اخر شهرين او 3 حصل انتكاسه وحاسس اني رجعت سنه لورا باقوم من النوم مافيش حاجه تبسطتنى وماعنديش شغف لأى حاجه الرأى: ابراهيم خد علاج نفسي مع د. محمد بكر وعلاج جمعى اون لاين مع دكتور رفعت محفوظ وده مخليه بيتكلم ويعبر عن نفسه كويس اة بلغه الديناميك بس ماعندوش ادوات ليتفاعل بها مع مشاعره وافكاره . هو عنده اعراض اكتئابيه بسيطه لمتوسطه مع إنه على بروزاك كرده فعل لعلاقه مع بنت هى سابته بشكل مهين له على حد تعبيره دى اول واحده تسيبه وهو عايزها وعموماً هو مش بيكمل في علاقاته مع البنات مع واضح إنه حبيب لطيف وبيعرف يعمل علاقات جيده مع البنات وكان جاى عايز يشتغل على الموضوع ده بس انا شايفه انه محتاج ياخد ادوات في ايده ومهارات سلوكيه ليتعامل بيها مع نفسه ويتعامل بيها مع البنات – ملحوظه – عنده صدفيه شديده باخد لها علاج كيماوى وهى من ضمن الحاجات اللى مدياه تأثير وانطباع سلبي عن نفسه . يتحول لـ محمود سعد ومش هاغير العلاج الدوائي دلواقتى بس هافكر اقلله بعدين لما يتجاوز محنته مع البنت دى .

Social	د. رحاب 24/12/2024 بعد متابعة مع دكتور محمود سعد هو شايف تحسن كبير في اجترار الافكار وحياته منتظمة من حيث الشغل، هو بطل البروزاك من نفسه بقالة 3 اسابيع وده عنده العصبية من حاجات بسيطة ، علي حد تعبيرة مش بافوت حاجة بس ما باعملش غلط، غالبا ً دي أعراض انسحاب بسيطة انه وقف الدواء، هو قرر يجي لما يحتاج علشان عايز يبدأ يخطب ويتجوز وفي بنت هو قابلها مرة واحدة بس
