وأخت ، الأب توفى في 2016 وكان مهندس وعايش في عمان ، الأم ست بيت ، وهى خريجة تجارة ، وتعمل مبيعات في شركه سوفت عالميه ، وتزوجت في 2020 عن حب من زميل ولم تنجب ويعيشان معا في التجمع في بيت المستقبل . وقد بدأت الحاله في 2016 بعد معاناه الأب مرضيا ثم وفاته ، ودخلت في اكتئاب شديد مع مواجهات وجوديه وبدأت العلاج النفسي الدوائي على انها بوردرلاين مثل لوسترال ، لاميكتال ، وكوينكول وسيبرالكس ثم دخلت المشفى لمده اسبوعين افكار الانتحار رغم انها لم تكن ملحه وخرجت من المشفى ورمت الأدويه ، وفى 2019 ذهبت الى طبيب نفسي اخر وكان كويس وكملت على بروزاك فقط ثم تزوجت ووقفت البروزاك بعد الزواج 2021 ولم تعاني من ذلك وكانت كويسه ثم في 2023 بدأت اجراءات حمل مجهرى ثم حبلت وسقطت في نوفمبر 2023 وبدأ الأكتئاب مره اخرى (تعرضت في عمر 16 سنه لصدمه اعتراف الأب لها انه متزوج على الأم وعرفها على زوجته اللبنانيه) واجبرها تقضى معاه وقت مرضه وهو عايش مع الزوجه اللبنانيه في لنان، وحالياً يوجد خمول ، وافكار ملحه ، وفقدان الرغبه الجنسيه وضعف الشهيه ، البكاء ، فزع ، تقلب مزاجي ، لوم النفس ، الوحده ، الأنقباض ، القلق ، الخوف ، سهوله الأنجراح ، تسارع القلب ، الدونيه والنقص ، اوجاع الجسديه ، الأرق ، اليأس ، التوتر ، الغضب ، وتشخيص الأكتئاب وسوف تأخذ برنتلكس 10 وتكمل مع علا مع الأنتباه الى مقاومتها لمقابله حد غيرى ومحتاجين نكون حساسين لرحلتها العلاجيه والتشخيصات الخطأ وخبرتها مع الأب ثم مع سقوط الطفل Diagnosis/Notes Social Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up بناء علاقه علاجيه مع المريضه وحكت المريضه عن ضيقها من زوجها وشعورها بانه متعلق بيها بزياده وكانه طفل وعن اندفاعيته وتهوره وعدم قدرتها على احتمال تقلباته المزاجيه و شعورها الدائم بفقدان القدره ع الاستمتاع وسوء علاقتها بوالدتها وحكت المريضه عن انها عاشت اول فتره ف حياتها مع جدتها ف مصر واهلها كانوا ف السعوديه لحد ٦ سنين وبعدين اتنقلت عاشت معاهم وان ده اثر كتير ع علاقتها بوالدتها واتكلمت عن احباطها من محاولات العلاج السابقه، المريضه بتتكلم بتحفظ شديد و لديها avoidant attachment نتيجه صدمات ف طفولتها الجلسه التاليه اتكلمنا عن التعلق وبناءه وانواعه واتكلمنا عن تعريف الصدمه النفسيه واثارها و حكت المريضه عن ضيقها من زوجها وشعورها بالذنب ناحيته وحياتها الغريبه معاه ع حسب كلامها وانفصال كل حد منهم ف اوضه وعدم رغبتها ف ممارسه علاقه جنسيه معاه وشعورها بالرفض ناحيته واحيانا بالقرف منه و اتكلمت عن خوفها من فقده وعدم الراحه ف وجوده و اتكلمت عن جواز والدها وتحميله اعترافه بالجواز ليها ف سن مراهقتها واعترفها بأنها شخصية صعبه ع حسب وصف المقربين ليها ده اتكلمنا عن معتقداتها عن نفسها انها مذنبه ومقصره ومش كفايه ، تثقيف تفسي عن النظام الانفعالى وبناء المعتقدات وعلاقتها بانماط التعلق وطلبت منها تحاول تكتب عن مشاعرها وتقرا ف كتاب عن انماط التعلق ٢٩/٧ توقفت عن الذهاب الى علا لانها تشعر انها بروفيشنال اوي ولا تتفاعل معها (بوكر فيس) لدرجة كذبت عليها في حاجة، وكذلك وقفت الدبراتيوكس منذ اسبوعين بسبب الدوخة ولم يحدث تغيير في المزاج، من ناحية اخرى حكت عن تطور العلاقة بالزوج من علاقة رومانتك الى علاقة امومية (الزوج مكتئب وجاء لي وماشي على دبراتيوكس) لدرجة اصبحت ترفضه جنسيا، تحكي انه تدهور تدريجيا مع الاكتياب وكذلك هي اكتئاب بعد الاجهاض في نوفمبر ٢٠٢٣ والوضع معلق حاليا بينهم ٢٩/٧ ذهبت الى علا ثلاث مرات ورغم استفادتها لكنها تشعر بمشكلة في التعاطف والتفاعل ، وحكت عن تطور علاقتها بالزوج والذي بدات تتدهور تدريجيا مع اكتئابه منذ اكثر من سنة حتى اصبح ثقيلا واعتماديا عليها مع واكتيابها بعد الحمل المجهري و الاجهاض في نوفمبر الماضي واعتماده عليها حتى قفلت منه تماما كحبيب اوحتى بدا يقع من نظرها كما انها وقفت البرنتلكس منذ اسبوعين لانه دوختها ولم يحدث تغير في المزاج واتفقنا على انه بدا العلاج معي وربما احوله الى ابراهيم ونؤجل
