والاب كان ميكانيكي سيارات، والام كانت صاحبة محل منظفات واغلقته، ويعيش في بني سويف، وهو خريج تجارة ويعمل في رعاية الايتام اولا ثم محاسب مع الزواج، وقد عاش اولا في بني سويف ثم انتقل الى بني سويف مع الزواج، وجاء الى دكتور الشربيني الذي كتب التالي: ت امر عبدالله، 37 سنة، من بني سويف، يعمل في قسم الحسابات بمعرض أثاث، وهو خريج كلية التجارة. لا يعاني من أي مشكلات صحية سوى التهاب مزمن في الجيوب الأنفية، كما أجرى عملية جراحية في الجبهة تركت له جرحًا واضحًا وندبة كبيرة. تامر متزوج منذ عام ويعاني من مشكلة في العلاقة الجنسية، حيث يشعر بخوف شديد قبل العلاقة من عدم حدوث الانتصاب، وأحيانًا يحدث الانتصاب لكنه يكون نادرًا. في بداية الزواج، كانت لديه رغبة جنسية كبيرة، وحدث الانتصاب بشكل متكرر خلال الأسبوع الأول، ولكن ذلك تراجع تدريجيًا. المريض ذكر أنه تعرض للتحرش الجنسي المتكرر في طفولته من جار له، مما أثر على توجهه الجنسي، حيث أصبح يميل نحو الرجال، وهو ما تسبب له في شعور هائل بالذنب والصراع الداخلي، خاصة أنه يعمل مُحفّظًا للقرآن الكريم، مما زاد من حدة الشعور بعدم التوافق مع هويته وقيمه. لا يوجد تاريخ عائلي لمرض نفسي, كما لا يعاني المريض من أي أعراض نفسية أخرى سوى أعراض القلق. خلال العام الماضي, زار تامر أطباء الذكورة، وتم وصف علاجات هرمونية مثل التستوستيرون لتحسين الرغبة الجنسية، رغم أن نتا ( التحاليل الخاصة بمستويات التستوستيرون، كانت طبيعية. تم تحويله إلى نبيل القط لوضع خطة علاجية مناسبة لبدء العلاج النفسي المرتبط بصدمات الطفولة والتوجه الجنسي. للعمل في عمر ٢٧ عاد مع الزواج في عمر ٣٣ سنة. وقد حكى تامر انه عاني مع الزواج اولا ليلة الدخلة حصل نزيف للزوجة، ثم اتضح ان الغشاء مطاطئ واضطر لقطعه عند طبيبة نساء ومع ضغط الاهل الشديد بدا يتوتر ويفقد الرغبة الجنسية تدريجيا، ورغم ذلك حصل ايلاج مرتين وذهب للعلاج مع دكتور ذكورة الذي اشار الى انخفاض التستوستيرون الى الحد الادنى الطبيعي واعطاه حقن وارتفع معدل الهرمون من ٣ الى ٨ ثم استقر على خمسة وبعدها تحسن وعمل ايلاج مرات عديدة وقذف داخلي ولكن اتضح انه يعاني من مشاكل في الحيوانات المنوية وسوف يعمل حقن مجهري، والمشكلة الاخرى ان الزوجة اصبحت لحوحة واشتكت لامه وتهدد بتركه والغريب انه يحبها ولا يستطيع الاستغناء عنها، وقد شرحت لهما ان
